For that to be true, two things would first have to happen. 

First, the so called slipping you describe would have to actually be happening.  Since the only people who appear to have their Strawberry Shortcake Underoos in a wad over this are those who probably have nightmares about a woman or a black man in the oval office, it's probably only an issue to the people who were already going to vote for the Manchurian Candidate, so I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.

Second, Obama would have to be my candidate.  Sadly, mine isn't in the primary.  It's going to make for an interesting election.

Status: offline 		Wow who knew that all across this great country of ours black preachers are spewing hate and venom from the pulpit,is there no where for a godfearing black man to pray with out being subjected to this venom.Tell me there is some sort of unitarian baptist watchamacallit where the word of god can be preached without spewing hate for the goverment.Didn't Jesus himself decline when given the opportunity to attack rome,can't we ask the same of our preachers today ,to give unto ceasar and all that shit....I really can't accept the argument that this shit happens in most black churches,just another way to fill the pews,please tell me thats bullshit

This hate-America shit though, that Obama apparently sat through every Sunday, pisses me off to no end. Some here say there's nothing wrong with it, we should hate America... while others say Obama has officially distanced himself from his personal representative of Christ for the last two decades who spews that garbage...

Fuck the red tape. That's where the man went to worship!

What's screaming the loudest to me though, is how NBC, CBS, and CNN aren't covering this at all. ABC gave it about ten seconds. Hillary and the rest of the Dems are ignoring it the best they can, pretending it's nothing...

Status: offline 		inadvertently sent that last post in before i was finished ,didn't mean to imply that complaining about your gov. is wrong ,i just think when standing in front of a congregation in possession of a bully pulpit so to speak you might want to preach gospel instead of hate.And incidentally aren't there laws concerning tax exemption that have been violated..I was brought up roman catholic dragged to church every Sunday by my mother i can't recall one sermon that deviated from scripture or Paul's letters to the Corinthians or some such nonsense .For the life of me i can't remember my priest railing against the gov. or backing a particular candidate..
