I hate that eating healthy and sensible is killing me, but all of a sudden my metabolism changed to worse that it already was and my body went into hibernation mode once I moved back to MI and I need to drop the weight I gained. I hate that apparently I know how to cook the unhealthy way and can't seem to make a fun healthy meal the way I can an unhealthy meal.

LOL imp I have done that, and wondered why the hell I did not get an answer

Healthy food tastes better veggy wise at least if they are not cooked to death, I prefer most of my veggies aldente.
like steak and pork a smaller portion can just be panfried, meaning spice the meat use a little olive oil, (its healthy) and brown each side. For what its worth I can prepare, pork chop or steak and a veggie like asparagus or brocolli in about 15 minutes total. Its simple its easy its good.

I would suggest go for simple then work your way up. Heathly cooking isnt that hard if you know the tips and shortcuts. Let me know if you want more healthy ways to prepare fresh stuff. Its pretty much how I have eaten for the last 4 years and by doing so I did lose weight without trying since I but most sweets and prepared or fast foods back on the back shelf.

You cna do it hon, keep to the healthy and dont go back to unhealthy. Substitute fried for pan fried it actually has amore flavor.

Eventually my lady rescued me. The pet store staff seemed disappointed though. i think they were hoping i'd ask them to wrap up the bunch.

She did make a lovely shepherd's pie for supper though. That part of the day was good. Oh, oh, and the boy has moderate, not acute, asthma. Definitely a happy.

I hate it when I spend an hour plus on a job app & get to the page that wants info that's back at the Uncle's house.

Lots of fruits and vegetables.(A little heart ache always helps my diet).Chicken breast, fat free suaces, lean meats and fish. you can bake fry....high heat and oil on the baking sheet. Bread crumbs, potato flakes or corn flakes as breading. Muffins or quick breads you can replace fats with banana or apple sauce. Smaller portions. i have also found that fruit smoothie home made in the morning with frozen fruit and banana, a little juice and milk, or non fat yogurt. I have even added low fat cottage cheese. Stop eating by 5 or 6. I am starting this routine again.

I would have a talk with the father, and his GF. Meddling, and giving false hope is just plain wrong.

My mum tried to save my sister from herself over and over again... and it only caused more issues, and long term pain in the family. If they need the help.. they need the help. Let them get it. It might be painful... but in the end it is best.

My mother should have never bailed my sister out... and it was proven over and over by the return of the same behaviors.

Be strong.. and take those two to task.

Asher, also photo stores. I walked into the one here to pick up a picture they copied and enlarged. Ran into a friend who was asking advice on how to scan photos in. If someone had a sign up there offering such services, either to do it or teach us how to do it, we both would have copied down the number.

I can't even program a cell phone and when the teen goes off to college I'll be in major trouble. I hate having to unplug the computer and carry it into the shop in town. Would much prefer someone who would come here and give it a yearly cleaning, upgrade AVG pro, decide if it needed a registry cleaner and if so do it, etc. Make up a flyer and put it up in grocery stores, dry cleaners etc.

When I was in Naples I did freelance PC and Mac work. I made good extra income from it. Put adverts in the local free papers. Put up flyers with tear away numbers in computer shops, laundry mats, camera shops, and any place that lets you put one up. I had tons and tons of work. I even got commercial accounts that were my bread and butter. You are very good at what you do Asher.... I think you could make a good go of it.

I had an interview for nursing school today. 3-400 people apply, 45 are interviewed... 20 get in. I had a brilliant speech in my head that I was going to tell the panel.... and I get in there and I fricking blew it I think.

Their beginning question? "If a patient says you have lost their glasses, what do you do?" ...What? What the hell does that have to do with anything. It threw me off completely, I stuttered something about "Going to look for them". Wtf else am I supposed to say? Is this a trick question?

Anyway, I then proceeded to forget the name of the director I worked for at the hospital, told them the wrong years I was in the army, and generally made an idiot of myself.

I've been waiting fricking 6 months, sitting on my ass because I had finished all of the classes I was eligible to take, and I blew the hell out of this interview.

I hate it when I finally see the surgeon and have to wait another week until the biopsy!

But-- he said this kind of lesion is 80% benign and if it is bad, then a lumpectomy is all I will need!
