vigorous scrubbing with a loofah will help free those pesky ingrown hairs as well. or a trusted friend with a tweezer.

Dear Kali,
Go to the hospital or doctor. A headache is not a thing to take lightly. I used to have them all the time and they would put me down for the count. I couldn't believe I went to the hospital over a headache, I felt like such a baby. But within 2 hours after I arrived at the hospital I was admitted and getting ready to have surgery. I had a brain aneurysm. If not for the insistence of my family that I go, I would have died two years ago. It is because of this that I am no longer able to see. Please, for the sake of all who love you and for your own personal peace of mind, go have a cat scan, MRI and a lower lumbar taken. Pain pills and Tylenol is NOT enough. Take this as seriously as you would if you got cut and needed stitches. Would you really ignore someone you love if they were constantly having symptoms that could be life threatening? I have read so many entries of yours about headaches, please go. Take care of you. <Hugs>

Also Kali, if it has been awhile since you've seen a headache specialist (provided that you have been that route) there are newer protocols once more serious causes have been ruled out.
For example there are medications that are proven to be effective at preventing them or reducing their frequency in some people.

I hate it that my glasses just broke. Not a lost screw which is no big deal but the frame broke. I taped them together with package tape but it covers half the lens. And of course this happened while driving.

Can't find any gorilla glue in this house nor the clear duct tape. Hate to have to go to the mall and pay through the nose for one of those same day glasses.

indeed,that sucks big time manx...

I hate that mr. Adorable is flying back today and we didnt manage to meet anymore since he went off to the work meeting yestearday as it got too late :o( we chattet briefly after midnight and he suggested to meet before he leaves,which wasnt possible for me due to my working hours on placement.However,i got permission to leave my placement earlier today (like most days *lol*) which means i'll try to catch him once more at the airport before he checks in,as i know his gate...the only downside is that we can still miss out each other and i know that i'd not be a happy bunny if i waste all my time to get there and waiting there with no seeing at the end...so i keep my fingers crossed,that i figure him out at the airport *sob*
