LRF, consider using a French press to make coffee. No mechanical moving parts, no electricity, nothing to breal down. It is immortal unless you drop it. Makes the best damn coffee too. I'd recommend a larger one if'n y'all enjoy iced coffee. What's left over can be fixed anyway ya like it ( I like honey and half & half, 'course I use a French or other dark roast ) and put in the fridge for an afternoon jolt. Who needs Starbucks ? Bah !
