ppppsssssssttttttt....Okay all, it's mass confession time for me...i Kali, a true and committed member of both the i hate it when thread....as well as i love it when thread...have all power... BAH!!! i hate it when it's 3:58am, and i still have not been able to fall asleep yet. i hate even more that He was trying to sleep with me to make me feel better and He just now decided to go back and sleep in the living room.

i hate that i don't have a vehicle to drive myself to work when i wake up this early.

i hate it that hubby slept in the middle of the freaking bed all night...and snored at the top of his lungs. The couch was my only option...

i'm sorry Holly.......  If it's any consolation i tried sleeping everywhere in this freaking apartment and was not able to get to sleep. EVER....grrrr.

i hate it for you all.... i understand kali  since i kicked ass at my friends open house at her restaurant , for 11 hours, not being able to take my meds due to the fact i was afraid that somehow they'd make me sleepy.. ROFLOL, like THAT will ever happen, that the pain in lingering andthe meds helped me sleep for all of 2 hours then it was up and down all night. o and Master admitted my bed was too soft, so there goes all the fluffy things i need to help me sleep and in goes the bricks (on His side weg  JK)

CALI;

Stop enableing him to fucking over your life. Screw your courage to the sticking post, put your soft hearted emotions in a steel box and do the following ASAP:
  1. Get a restraining order NOW (they are not bullet proof but they will allow the cops to arrest and remove him for violations)
  2. Contact family court and File for an amendment to your custody/visitation Agreement.
  3. Get all documentable calls to your house that the police have made.
  4. Get notarized statements from your neighbors (so they do not have to appear in court or be summoned)
  5. Get a shrink to document your stress levels in conjunction to further contact with him.

When you get into court, respectfully request that the Custody/Visitation agreement be amended to him having supervised visit with his children until such time as he is able to maintain himself in a safe way around them and you. His current behavoir and verbal abuse of you is unacceptible to the courts and DCF when there are children who are potential witnesses to it and the aftermath. Ask to have the Child Support garnished from his wages and sent to you via the court. Getting neighbors to do a notarised stqatement instead of appearing in court is usually a lot easier to do.

First and formost STOP LETTING HIM DO THIS TO YOU.. you are BETTER than this.

I hate that they forget to tell you (Kali) that some painkillers make you sleep when you first take them but after your body gets used to them, they keep you awake.

I hate that Holly has not discovered the sure shot proven method of stopping a persons snoring...the Pillow Method..apply to face until snoring ceases, repeat as neccesary. Ex hubby snored loud enough that guests staying over night would look for mating gators on teh front lawn in the morning. The pillow stopped that...course it did mean he stayed awake all night afraid of more pillowing..but...everyone else slept.
