Actually, just before I read this, I made an appointment for 1pm today to meet with a paralegal to do the paperwork on the restraining order.  The last time I spoke with the police about it, when we were discussing the kidnapping charge, they told me it was shaky at best.  But I looked at the forms online, and I think it will work now.  I've got three areas, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, and harrassment.  I'm also going to ask for no contact with the kids until the hearing, because him yelling to them thru the window is unacceptable (he yelled "daddy loves you but mommy won't let me talk to you").

The child support is already withheld from his paycheck, when he actually bothers to work.

girl be careful... seriously... ive been there my childrens father enjoyed nothing more than putting hands around a gals neck...i still have a phobia over that.....he eventaully passed away but not before he cut the wires and the lights to our work building allowing him entrance with a knife..if a dear friend hadnt gotten there just when he entered id be dead im sure.. seriously i know you know what your doing but please be careful

i got in trouble with my son's school because of well me;

while im working away in the kitchen and the kids are setting down at the table eating the delicious grub ive prepared it always happens;
one of them will make a smart ass comment to the other while im standing behind them, and of course whats a mom to do but gently whack um upside the head and say "moron"..........
apparently the teachers dont like this when my son does it to a student as he passes by them... but hey they shouldnt be saying something smart assed
