When I got that one on my computer last weekend, I couldn't get the malbytes thing to work so I just did a system restore to a previous date when I didn't have the virus.  Have you tried doing that?  It's very simple and effective.

I hate it I am so sick and he doesn't even have a clue.  He doesn't know I got a ride on the ambulance.  He doesn't know I had arterial blood gases drawn (BLOODY HELL OUCH). He doesn't know that I am having memory losses although my typing is better.

I use AVG  Free..daily and constantly and then once a month spend a scan day at pandasoft, trendmicro bitdefender and f-secure. each will catch something the others don't, if it is there and they are all free online scans. It's set one, go to store, set one go to gym, set one, clean and do laundry, set one and take a nap :) I also use Spybot S&D to keep crap off and out of my computer along with a couple of others and  adaware on top of that. I haven't had a virus on my system in 9 years and I run PC's.

If you are not running a Mac and using Neo Office, then you want Open Office, the PC version which is also free. Please note neither of them currently support the Office 2007 formats.

If it is Master then yeah Komodo would welcome him and show him where things are...but anyone else and he is a Good Ol Boy, smiling and wagging as he calmly moves you into a corner or out the door. It is disconcerting to people when he doesn't bark when someone is at the door, he just looks out the window and lays his chin down on the window ledge. the DOWN part is obvious.

Oh and Angel...don't be too smug..there are some NASTY virus's out there for the Apples as well. They are not as targeted because they have a smaller customer base business wise than PC's but there are hackers, corps and Virus Crafters out there who do target them.

Hang in there Nursy...and take it easy on yourself, keep your spirits up. I hate ABG's as well..why the HELL do they always have to go for the artery in the wrist, between 2 thin bones and through a nerve cluster when t here are so many other good arteries much easier to reach!!!

I hate looking in the mirror and seeing a horrible case of bedhead! I'm lopsided!!! I also hate not being able to make a post with out having to edit again after I've posted. I never seem to catch them until after I've posted. there is no spell check here when I am on my mac using safari
