bread pudding can be served warm or cold. i prefer it warm with vanilla rum sauce.

Why did I just spend an hour at the doctor for him to tell me exactly what Red told me last night? -laughs- Geesh. BTW... Greedy for years i didnt have insurance so I NEVER went to the doc. hell i didnt have yearly for over 8 yrs. -laughs- Now that I have insurance I have no excuse and well honestly as Red knows I was kind of scared last night by something.

Thanks, Nika, what a good reminder person you are ![:)] Bread pudding is a recent addition to the Things I Like list. I adore bread, but WET bread never appealed to me. (why I don't like stuffing! it's wet breadcrumbs!) I like it warm, not hot, with an appropriate sauce. Best ever was chocolate chip with cherries!

It is hard finding a good bread pudding. You have to have pecans, rasins in your stuffing and a good gravy to go with it.

Woohoo I was useful today. -laughs- I only made that apt. b/c my insurance kept calling to remind me I was due. -laughs- Go figure that one out. I have never had bread pudding but my stuffing isnt soggy so I dun know how you make stuffing. - makes an ugly face- Edited to add: Did I read that right raisins in stuffing?
