Holly...give me two weeks and I will have you cookling like a champ without burning down the kitchen or poisoning anyone you don't mean to. Ray and Lady H...I make bread pudding to kill for...and have friends who seem to know WHEN I am making it or Irish Stew..and bring their own bowls and spoons. Nika..one of my favorite stuffings to make has Andoulli sausage, apples, cranberries, walnuts (or pecans depending on my mood), celery and a touch of cayenne...I never seem to have leftovers. Luscious that was a beautiful letter..and she may let someone else who is looking for an Instructor know you are looking. Poenkitten the kitchen witch

i love it when my (online) extended family here cheered me up when i was feeling my lowest ...that my active hunny bunny received her FREE laptop from her tutoring program today ...that a kind gentleman went out of his way to help me carry home 2 heavy grocery bags.

I love it when hard work has paid off, and I can squeeze my porky ass back into a pair of jeans I owned in high school. So what if they are only 3-4 years old. I got my teenage figure back! Sorta...lol

The house is still standing there wasn't really much smoke because I set one of those burner covers on fire. So it's al good!
