I used to workout at night right after work w/my PT & it was a PITA having to deal w/rush hour traffic after racing home to change/take care of the cats. Just one big headache though I did sleep well afterwards :)
Since he moved so much closer to me, he meets w/me at 5am-6:30am & I feel so much better! No traffic and when I get to work I don't have to think about my travel time at the end of the day to the workout, it's DONE!!!!!!!  Like the Army slogo, "We get more done by 9am than most people get done all day"!!

Ha! My PT isn't too chipper at such an early hour so he's saved from the smack on the head [:)]  Don't let my post above mislead you. Sometimes I am dead tired by late afternoon but I just pop a Java tablet & have a high protein snack & I'm good to go!
Ask your PT to recommend a high protein/carb diet for you since you're going to be working out seriously IF you want to tone up in addition to losing weight.

Yes, the nutrition is all part of the new regime.  Thank the gods!!  I put on a pair of pants this am that are ridiculously tight on me & shouldn't be worn in public except to walk the dog.  These pants were too loose last summer!!  I'm gonna miss my high-fiber cereal for breakfast, but I suppose I could subsist on just the yogurt & blueberries???  Tomorrow I'll find out the bad news about my diet.  Today I will enjoy the meatloaf sammie I'm taking to work!!

I lubs Daddy's like that!!  Mine is the same way, but when I lose & tell him of my success, he always praises me.  He's happy that I'm gonna start at the gym cause that means I will be happier & healthier & more able to get into those weird positions he likes.  hehehe

I love that I found a web site that let's me see what the interactions between my medications are. https://secure.iguard.org/ . I love that it is free and has pointed out there is an interaction between my insulin and the thyroid medication I take that makes the INSULIN less effective explaining why no matter how hard I am trying to control blood sugar spikes when I eat they are still happening and maybe I can stop carb starving myself. It's not me becoming resistant to my insulin!!!! I love that I can now take this to my Endocrinologist and discuss a change in the thyroid replacement medication. WHOOHOO. It's Not my bodies FAULT!!! Maybe I can lose some weight again. [sm=hyper.gif]

Sitting here, loving on the plate of good i've got.  i keep forgetting what it's called but it's got yams and marshmallows and leftover turkey.  S'very good and quit sticky.  i have it on my hands, which i like less (no ick on the hands, thanks), but it's still delicious.

Ooooh, and my lady's being wonderfully sadistic today.  ~sighs happily~  There's been enough for all the poor, deprived, masochistic souls in her life.

And, and, and, it's gone!  The nightmare that is her ex is gone!

Awwww... I resemble my self.. only with hips spread 4 inches or so wider.. and of course the *Watermellon* that has lodged its self in my tummy area.
I almost wanted to cry when I culled the "normal" clothes out of my closet. Thankfully my girl put them up for me. It was too sad.

i have similar medications (2 thyroid and 2 diabetes) and i keep being told that there is no interaction. i'm going to check out the website and talk to my new doctor tomorrow... it'll be the 3rd freaking doctor i've seen since i've been here..DAMN...

Yeppers! After tomorrow thee wicked witch will be gone.

She is being scammed by this Dyke Tease ( read as dick tease but for lez) and it is going to bite her in the ass big time. Both Shy and I lost a temp job comming up because this Dyke Tease wanted her to stay out of town with her. She has milked her for every cent she does and does not have.

She is also moving in with her.. and good riddance. I will be carless again.. but it is a much better thing to be rid of her.

I did put her on notice for not keeping her promise and for leaving me in the lurtch that she will never be welcomed back into my home to live again.

Tomorrow will be difficult as she comes to pick up her shit. But it will soon all be over with. & Soft is happy as hell.
