[:)] Yes we are. We are going again today for an hour. It did so much for me, I have to keep on. I was going to take a class today but I forgot it wasnt a school day. So anothr swim day with some mild pool exercise and teaching my kid where lessons left off. I can teach him technique as well as any of those kids. Probably better.  That specific pool is 86 degrees. They have 2 pools. Pretty dang good for the Y. Better than most health clubs I have been too.

Lushy and whats so good about swimming is it low impact but great exercise

My mom used to take us to the local swimming pool several time a week in the summer.  I was taking lifesaving courses when I was like 12.

Ever a couple of years later I loved swimming so much that I joined a boys club (only swimming club locally that had competition swimming.

Christine, the bravest thing I ever did in my life is still the time I up & moved to San Francisco where I knew nobody.  It was a huge adventure & I almost had to go back to where I started, but I kept praying & the job that I had wanted came open, I interviewed for it & was hired.  You're never ever a failure if you have tried.  You wanted to do something very brave & exciting & adventurous & you did it.  Therefore, by definition, you have not failed.  You will have these memories & the stories & who knows?  Something wonderful may just pop right up for you, since your life ain't over yet.  [:)]

I love it when we go to the Doctors & they all tell us how wonderful & clean his wound is & how well it's healing.

I love it when Thing 2 comes out in her robe, wet hair, and gets her plate, and tells me, "Mummy... I'll be dining on the veranda this evening."  I looked at her and said, "Girl, have you looked outside lately?  All you'll be getting is an ass full of snow on the patio."  She flips her wet hair over her shoulder at me and tuts, "Pish-posh, I'm highly disappointed in you."

Now I just wanna know... where the hell did this Thing come from, and how old is she really?   [sm=wtf.gif]

I love that I can name the new tub HEAVEN...it's deep enough that even with my legs completely covered my bewbage FLOATS!!!! 2/3rds full is the old tubs Overflowing...WHOHOOOOOOOOO !!!!!

poenkitten wondering when they decided that Americans were all 4'11 and 5' tubs were big enough.

I love Thing 2 & can't wait to meet her.

I love it when I call Daddy & he tells me what to do & I do it & most of my worries are taken care of.

I love it that I can join AAA & have them tow my car 67 miles tomorrow to get it repaired & have it back by Thursday, if all goes well.  I love that this whole thing may only cost me the $105 AAA membership fee.

I love it that I may be employed in another day or 2.

I love it that Christine still has good years left.  *snickersnort*  Remember darlin, life is just one series of adventures!!!!!

Thanks, Christine.  They're pretty great.  They never cease to amaze me.  My mom used to say that I gave her pause on more than one occasion.  I can't even imagine such a thing.  [8|]

I love it that my Mom came through surgery a-ok!  As they wheeled her outta recovery, she was laughing and smiling, and waving at people she passed in the hall.  Shes such a trooper.

I love it that since she worked at the hospital a few years back, (and shes a HUGE social butterfly) that she knows most of the nurses, and they are so eager to bend over backwards for her. 

I love it that the nurses get a kick outta her calling them all "Kelly" since shes super doped and cant remember names.  I also love it that Kelly #3 snuck away for a bit on her break to bring mom in a cheese steak, fries, and some 2 liter drinks since the drinks they have on her floor in the community fridge are all flat and ick.
