I dunno. I have been so sleep deprived, I am just barely making it through today on a cup of hospital coffee so strong, it added its own sugar and creamer (that or I did it in my sleep). I will check the mail tomorrow when its a bit less bastard weather-like.

Are you a cracker-practor? Very cool. I used to go to mine all the time till the freaking co-pays went through the damn roof. I saw mine a few weeks back at the store and told him that I was having to use Thing 1 to get my "fix" once in a way, and he just sighed. I told him that I'd love to get adjustments the right way, but unless he's giving them away free... well. Till then, I hope paralysis doesn't set in... [8\|]

As tight as mine are they would probably hold him up. I used to always be the one doing the walking, if someone is smaller than me it usually means they are not old enough to know what walking on the back really means My DO used to not be able to manilupate it and he was trained for it. He would usually end up sending me into the quiet room with the tens unit and hot moist heated towels. When it gets worse than it is now and it has, my fingers start going numb. Thank gary its not that often it gets this bad, usually I can ignore it or argh take my precious muscle relaxer and nap and its gone. Trying naproxin this time with a 2mg xanax since they relax your muscles also just a different way. Okay everyone do not freak out with the amount...this is my usual prescriped dose at night which keeps me from waking up anxious and doubles as my sleeping pill so I only have to take one kind of benzo to actually sleep. While it does make me sleepy it does not make me loopy like some people I know wink But good news is I stepped down to 1/3 a tablet from 1/2 3 times a day...if I even remember to do that, or feel I have no need to take the dose. After all these years I wonder how the hell ppl like them for recreation, its not a fun pill to me it just necessary to function . I have even gone through periods when I couldnt see a dr before running out and I never even felt anything like withdrawal symptoms with not having them, anxiety was increased but not the oh my god I have to have a fix feeling.
