I wish those would work to honie, my regular medical dr was a DO who pretty much has the same training as a Chiropractor, and medicare coverage sucks as far as Chiropractor.

I have been doing yoga like exercises and stretching and stuff to keep the area limber but, once soft muscle tissue is permenately damaged because 6 idiots behind me decided sipping on the coffee or talkin on the cell phone didnt notice that traffic was coming to a dead stand still during rush hour and I was the only person that noticed and did my best to let the person know behind me by pumping the brakes and holding my hand back in the stop motion.But she got hit and pushed into me and I think car 5 hit and caused another hit to my car and all said and done 7 cars were pretty hitched together.  This was 12 years ago. My dr who was great treated me better than any chiro or physical therapist.  I jsut happend to be driving an older suburu and it had no head rest so my neck did some flopping around.  Physically it generally the only pain I deal with and can avoid pain killers if I have the relaxers, which I prefer to avoid altogether. Tylenol/caffiene usually does the trick.

I may look up the coverage for Chiro for medicare and see what they do pay just to get realigned.  I dont buy into the for it to help you need to come 10 times a day crap. LOL  Having been an insurance adjuster in my time I know how they work.

Oh, he doesn't walk on me.  He'd kill me.  He's a big guy, damn near as tall as me.  He uses the heel of his hands, the same way Dr. BackDoc does.


Oh I used to do that too, my daughter worked for a chiro for bit and he kinda showed her a few simple tricks, she could set me sideways on the end of the bed or couch and do her thing and get a wonderul rolling crack.

I love that my ma finally is moving out and into her house
Its nice to be there for family but soo much better to have been there for family, if ya know what I mean
I love pancakes when my girl makes em for me
I had a great, relaxed day today, the hardest decision I had to make was pork chops or pork steaks :D

Have you tried very gentle yoga, and an exercise ball?

It should work wonders on your hurt parts.

The ball helps loosen things up.

i love being back home in sunny Florida after a March snowstorm......[:D]
