I am 99.9% convinced that a girl who works in another department has one of the those lovely metal collars with a pendant on it that people like eternity collars supply. She wears a 'normal' necklace sometimes as well, but always has the metal band and pendant around her neck.

I don't have any contact with her at work, so only see her when we happen to walk past each other in the corridor. I have never asked her about it, maybe I should.

When I had a situation where my slave had a "normie" life outside the home, I got her a lay down type collar like the ones from the "Story of O".

I got it at Stormy Leather in San Francisco. They will make to order also.

Hi E/everyone :)

Im not allowed to wear any jewellery to work (private healthcare in the UK) so Master got me a lovely gold anklet with 10 hearts on it which I can wear 24/7, He also got me a 'Story of O' silver ring i can wear when not at work.

Master has also said He will be getting me a public collar of stainless steel which im really hoping i'll be able to wear 24/7 and should be able to wear in my new job which oddly enough is also in private healthcare, be very interested to see if any of the clients will know what it signifies lol

In time i will be getting Master's permanant mark be it tattoo or branding or both ... cant wait!!

I really liked that site ... I have an allergy to metal which can be a little inconvenient, (I have to put patches on the inside of anything with studs lol) so leather and velcro are the easy option for now, but I can wear good quality silver so I really enjoyed that site thanks
warm smiles to all

What a wonderful suggestion! I hadn't even thought of putting slave into a 24/7 collar... what a delicious thing to think about, shop for and present him with!

Thanks for the great idea!

My slave wears an eternity anklet and an eternity bracelet 24/7. The anklet is hideable when needed by socks, pants, etc. Her bracelet is vanilla enough to be fine.

She has an eternity collar that she wears when practical (weekends, etc.). During more practical events she wears the other ankle and bracelet as well.

Contrary to the other poster, my experiences with Eternity Collars has been excellent... they even let us try some in various sizes before settling on the right one.

I'm more of the discrete type. I don't really hide it and if someone asks I wont deny it but at the same time I don't like to broadcast it over a loudspeaker, basically I just like to keep a low profile and am a private person by nature. Also most places of business would get squirmy about one of their employees coming into work with a collar on their neck.

So to me I wouldn't expect someone in my collar to wear it 24/7. Both because I am a private person and also because I wouldn't put her job at risk or make her quite for something like a collar. To me, a bracelet, necklace, or anklet for something like that would be a fine out and about substitute for a collar.

You might try something like a garter belt, the ones that sit on your upper thigh not the actuall belts...they have the added ability in vinilla workplaces to be hid under pants and skirts so you could really go with any fabric or leather

I have an old ID bracelet that I am having my registration number engraved on, and Ray and I are going to be looking at a latex necklace that we mutually agree on. At the moment I just wear a plain black velvet rope choker, but not at work.

My Master gave me a necklace that connects with two small handcuffs (small enough to go around my thumbs) and I wear it when I am not with him, as a reminder that I am owned by him.

I use a quality ss dog choke collar with the rings cut off. I lock it with a small heart shaped padlock. The lock can be worn in front or back. I also do the same for her right wrist and am considering one for her ankle, but most chain and locks are too large for that.

Hi, i've just been put into a collar by Master - a regular collar - and am wearing it 24/7. This includes at work. i work in a large office and have several people working for me. It is not easy, everyone seems to stare and i am blushing a lot and keeping focused on the computer a lot (including this website). it is thrilling but super scary at the same time. Master has cracked down on me a lot and i am really feeling it.

so i have a work situation where i shouldn't wear a collar but He requires me to. Guess who wins....

Hi All. I became good friends with another sub on Colarme, and through her, I found out how proud she feels to be able to wear her Collar all the time. I was wondering, if anyone else has been collard, and because of Vanilla work conditions or living arrangements, can't wear a Leather Collar? Do you or your Sub wear a Necklace, Wrist or Ankle Bracelet in place of the Leather one?

Wondering and Perverted, BalletBob

Personally if it is causing problems with working and wearing it then perhaps you should approach your Master and request one for work only. I know working for a time in a state gov office my collar would not of been accepted by the norm of the public. I wore a simple chain with a small dragon on it in place and that was always fine. Im sure if you speak with Him on the problem He should understand. One cant risk their job this day in age for they are so hard to come by or at least good ones are.

just my 2cents

Thanks shy, maybe i should talk to Him, but He is much more assertive than he was before and i think He will just say "NO". i will try, but i have to keep in mind that i am here for Him. It is not easy at work, but i thought that putting up with the hard times would make me a better slave to Him. Do you agree?

Hon not always, we may hope it is that way but not always. If you are having to deal with problems at work from those of a vanilla who have no idea of the background of that collar then that could cause other problems down the road. Im not sure of your area of work, so I cant really say.
Now what about suggesting this, a small thin band of gold or silver with a heart on it or like mine a 1/8 inch piece of leather with a celtic heart on it. That is what I have that I also wear when out in public. There is a million and one different things that can be worn. The collar is what ever you choose and more in the heart then what is around the neck.

more of my 2cents,
shy

Thanks for replying shy, i will suggest it to Him if He is in a good mood, but He is really excited about all the changes He is making to our relationship and He only put me in this collar on Wednesday. So i think i know what His answer will be. For me, i just want to keep trying to be as good as gold for Him. He does not object at all to me suggesting things and we have a great time together, but i always remember my place.

I would try just catching her attention next time and asking where she got her lovely necklace.

I make braided leather collars for just that purpose. They look like jewelry to any who don't know about their true nature. You can see them at this link. http://www.bearsleather.com
