DS one of the antibiotics recommends no dairy products because it can cause that antibiotics to bind up, not to spread out like it should (the tetracycline).  I love having black cheery yourget as a snack.

Speaking of which...time to take them!  Mom is getting the grandkids so my SIL can get some house chores done (there is a range of clothes piling up for her to do.).

You can get probiotics without the dairy.  Check at your local health food store.

I share my 10,000th post with my favorite goofballs!! HUZZAH FOR US ALL wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! I love you guys/gals and I have missed being on CM, though truly I have had NOTHING to say! Tax season sucked my brain dry, as usual. I feel good though, aside from the fatigue, just srsly out of the loop, because NO ONE TELLS ME ANYTHING, not even on Fetlife. Though I hear if ninjas call you out you will totally get served!

On other fronts, my ex viewed me under his NEW profile which only somewhat lies about his age. BLOCK! And that guy who runs the local event that started shit with me (SUCH a mistake!) wrote me an apology yesterday... which I will make a gracious reply to, of course.

Sign of the end times? Signal that we should be eating more doughnuts? I know that I will have some cake just in case.

Could someone tell Hols to READ her cmail, because PROJECTS are being planned eh! And calls need to be returned!

ST, check with the doc whether you can have nondairy yogurt such as Silk.

Second time at getting up.  My sleep schedule is screwy.

Because then I should be fine again [:)] ... and nope...don't have arthritis yet....just a weak knee from my fibro (and hope it will get better again once uni stress is over and i can finally stop working around the clock...) however, patience is not quite my strength and so I am happy to swap my right weak knee against your good one [:)]

I think mine is a fibro attack as well.  I am surprised I am not having a mental breakdown from the meds and aches and pains.

Sorry to hear that Shahar...

thankfully I am not on many meds just on my night meds for the fibro and currently extra vitamin supply to keep colds at bay...both of them I will get rid off this summer...once I get a job in my graduate work and rent a house I will likely take on two dogs as well (probably boxer) which would give me regular walking anyway...though walking in a good sense and not walking just to rush at work or placement all the time...therefore better walking...have to get my report done today as I still didnt get much further yesterday and today I need to get the whole lot done that I have time tomorrow to revise it when I want...gosh am I glad when that one is handed in on tuesday...only my dissertation left to do then...almost there...
