But Shar, I LOVE all those B-list movies, escecially the horror ones.....in fact, the Flesh Eaters was just on AMC last friday night. The Day the Earth Stood Still was on last week, too.....but hte best ones are the bug themed ones...."giant tarantulas, ants, , they are the best!

WUSSIES!!!!! I hate bugs too, but it's just so campy to watch those "giant" bugs crawling around.....like you so can't tell they are fake! I'll even keep a couple of fly swatters handy for ya....how's that?

Argh!!!! So, first thing this morning my glasses break. Crap! Of course the script was expired. So, I went ahead and made an appointment figuring at least I can get some contacts to take with me since I am heading out of town tomorrow morning. My eye doctor's office is going to be able to get me new glasses today! YAY! And I got more contacts. However, I have now been told that I need reading glasses. WTF?!?!?! I am NOT old enough for that! I do believe that I am going to end up with bi-focals before too long. ARRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!

As a kid my neighbour watched with me a movie, if I translate it it is called something like the horror in the hole (a hole in the forest), in there were always critters eating villagers...and for the next while when I left her house (I was at her place dailly) I carefully looked around the corner when I passed the house itself....whilst I knew it is just a movie I simply did not like it. and then some years later I had the next nutter watching with me poltergeist, which is nothing for me either... I have to say I really appreciate my brother as he once switched off the tv when we accidentially got a video with it which was not meant for us (my dad brought sometimes home a small tv from work with a video player and their movies they had running in his store at times for kids) as there someone pushed out the eyeballs from another person after he was done with him with belting him with a metal chain...he said clearly "sister, thats not for us." and switched it off... Nah I know it ain't for me. Back home I used to watch "XY....unsolved" in which they talked about unsolved crime....I did not mind to see it as it was usually far away anyway (I am from quite a peaceful area in that respect which is why they shut down our police station some years ago). Now....over here....I watched it once and never ever....I really don't want to know too much details about what is going on here. In 2006 in the night to my birthday were 2 unrelated murders in my neighbourhood...and that was action enough....don't need to see it on tv when such stuff happens close to me....nah, I know what is good for me and what not, and that's not [:)]
