Well when I turned 40 I went to the DMV and took the eye test and the examiner says to me well not only are you OLD your blind to.......what a way to start the day. quote: ORIGINAL: Aylee Argh!!!! You folks with reading glasses are spring chickens. I had a cataract operated on at age 45. I'm usually the youngest person in my doctor's office by 20 years. And I'm clinging to the ceiling until someone removes that giant spider Jeff released!

Mom does have cataract problems so she has given up driving at night except if I am coming home on the bus. she needs the lens removed and new ones installed but she is not due for the surgery until she is 65.
