To all mothers on this thread.  My niece is expecting a baby in Feb, they are going to do a c section between the 4th and 10th.

If you do not mind, please c-mail me and I will explain what is going on and why I am trying to get her to set up a hidden profile so she can post here.

So this morning, I'm working on making him breakfast when he calls me into the bathroom. If you peer out the side of the window, you could just see two bucks fighting outside on the lawn. Small racks, not 12 pointers, 4 max. But cool none the less. I want to remember tomorrow to go out there and see if either of them lost an antler in the battle.

I am curious about the antler as well.

I just ordered my Xmas present for myself on Ebay.  A leatherbound complete series of Lovecraft.  I had enough funds in my paypal account to pay for it...WOOT!!!!!

Those are booties!  I tried mitts but my hand was cramping so bad, I had to take a Soma and a heat pack.

Sorry. I was nursing at the time and had the other half open the box. I wrapped him in the afghan immediately and put the hat on him. I thought that they looked like mitts from where I was sitting. I just went and looked, and yes they DO look like booties! And just the right size! YAY! Now I have something to put on his feet for his outfits that are not closed feeted/footed. [:)]

I am already 1/3 done on my cousin's afghan and got 700 more grams of boo berries coming in.  I cannot resist a yarn sale, especially online.

I am coloring my hair tomorrow.  I cut it off today in a pixie layered look because of the tangles and split ends.  I have not had it this short for years.

I get to be a ginger!!!!

No luck on antler finding. In all these years, I think we've only found one. Yet the deer shed them every winter so by rights, I ought to come across them more often.
