Well, we all got a treat for Halloween......my great neice, Holly May, was born this morning....oops, yesterday morning! I'm hoping she's not going to be like our beloved klutz of the same name.....she was so big, and Mom is so petite, that she broke her clavicle while being born. Not much they can d oabout it I guess. I hope it heals okay....I have a firned who had hte same thing happen to him at birth, and it set wrong and he ended up with nerve damage. But no bad news! 8 lbs, 2 ozs, 21 inches long! I saw her pics on FB, she's a little cutie! WOOT!

Aylee, I forgot to put the washing instructions in the priority box. Wash warm and tumble dry. If ironing, do so under a dry cloth. I am dealing with British directions so that is the best that I got. The bib is small but then so is he...LOL!

My nephew posted that Holly and Mom are home today. I don't have much more info, other than the family is doing well. They have to be careful of the broken clavicle she has, but considering grandma, (wow that's strange to say when talking about my sister), is a nurse, they'll have all of the medical stuff covered! I just hope it heals okay. Still haven't seen any pics of her with her eyes open! No one's said what color her eyes are, but if they are the family eyes, they'll be so blue they are black...they are a totally different color blue than most blue eyes. Hoping to see more pics of her....if it weren't for facebook, I'd be lost! I have a great nephew that's 2, and all I've seen are pics on there. Getting home has been tough....but if things go like they are being planned, I may be moving back north to the frozen tundra after the first of the year. I miss my family. {sigh}

No bear, just Upstate New York, along Lake Ontario.....near Lake Erie.....there are few words I hate more to hear than "Lake Effect". I haven't been in a truly cold region since 2004......I don't even own winter clothes! But my son and daughter-in-law are going to be relocating there, and I miss the rest of the family.......it's a tad lonely down here all by myself.

Apologies to friends for long absence - life just gets busier and busier. And a little note to say how very much I love Americans ... and their inability to handle UK humour. I put a spoof audio greeting on my profile and I now find we have people who think it's real. <sighs>
