So yesterday evening my oldest goes to the store, gets there and no wallet. Comes home swearing it was on the seat en route. I go out in the dark to try to help her search the car. No luck. Today she goes out in daylight and yes, it's under three or four bags of garbage. I say "Maybe it's time to clean out the car". "Maybe later". Kids!

Truthfully, I'm not sure what was funnier...her burning down the stove and kitchen, or the new stove not fitting thru the door because someone, (Mr. Jim, I believe), didn't measure the door or the stove! It was then that I knew she was a kindred spirit!

We stopped in Oatman, AZ today. I fed several burros and panned for some gold. It was interesting.

About 14 more hours. We had to stop because I-40 was closed at Juan Tabos which is by Albaqurque. It will be good to get home although I have not really found anything for Butterhead. Not even an apple, which is what I brought her the last two trips.

Was it from wind or snow? I been through there a bit and have seen trucks have a bad time of it west of Albuquerque.
