It just doesn't come off the roll right if it's under.  (shaking head emphatically)

Over...I don't turn lights on when I get up, and finding the end when it's under in the dark is a total pain in the ass...no pun intended.  You roll and roll and roll, the end just keeps rolling by!

As for you cat owners....be glad your cat doesn't know KB....not only does he know what to do with the TP whether it's under OR over, but he's taught the other two how to make snow too!

(Today's useless trivia....a single 1000 sheet roll of scott tissue will make a 4' snow drift in a 6x9 bathroom!)

Over, over, over, dagnabit ! Under is a hard limit.

I'm gonna go to your house, short sheet your bed, put champagne in your toothpaste and change yer terletpaper from over to under!

Forewarned is forearmed as the saying goes, LushySlut. Accordingly, you will be confined to the outdoors patio area ( not the screened in part)..  Please don't relieve yourself in the garden, it makes a mess. And, if you did, you would have to wipe yourself with the hem of your skirt because pulling leaves off the Hibiscus is verboten !

Your meals will be served to you in the appropriate containers in said area. Oh, wait, no food or beverages for you means no waste products...hmmmm.

Always remember, dear... you fuck with the bull, you get the horns,. M'kay ?

LOL....look how big his paws still are, like his claws haven't quite retracted back in yet.  Like he can't wait to get back in there and start shredding again!

LOL my mother insisted on it too, funny how we carry those weird things with us to adulthood. If your mother was anything like mine, then yes more therapy!

OMG, I still can remember the thing my mother lived with having a screaming fit, throwing things and being in a spitting rage if we used more than 4 squares of TP.... Traumatic, very traumatic. And people wonder why I don't talk about my childhood.

Do what i do and use a washlette; which is like a bidet.  Water is the universal solvent and for a hairy rear end, it is soo much easier.  The Toto model i have has a built in blow dryer.
