Status: offline 		Doughnuts.  More specifically, Yates Cider Mill doughnuts.  A Finer Food.  My parents took the faux-grandson there on Friday, and brought some doughnuts back.  LITTLE things, so of course I ate four.  So did mom.  AND she did not get sick.  Proof that these little suckers are awesome?  I nuked the last four and ate them for lunch!  YUM.

Can you IMAGINE how much grease must be in those little sugar crusted treats??  We're getting more on Tuesday, evidently, my cousin wants in on the goodness.

Status: offline 		Just a filler so I could CHANGE THE FREAKIN TITLE!!

And, I was missed at the various shindigs over the weekend!  Isn't that fab, I feel happy to be remembered!   I am almost sad that I will miss the next one, because ERIN WILL BE MAKING BREAKFAST.  And I can't even show up just for breakfast, because I have to be at a client's.     It's amazingly easy to get out of the habit of being social...

Yes, you WERE missed! Fabulous party again of course. Well, all except for the prep. I made this yummy Southwestern Chicken Corn Chowder. Sir packed a full crock pot of it safely in the back of the truck with all the toy bags propped around it so that it wouldn't slide or spill. Then he decided to show me what a good job he did on the brakes. He did such a good job that the crock pot didn't slide....it took flight and flipped right over!!!! Do you have any idea what 6 quarts of soup looks like when it's covering all the gear bags??????? EWWWWWWWWW!!!!!

So, we were a little late...... Luckily though, I made 18 quarts of that soup so after cleanup their was plenty to refill the crock pot!

And yes, you are going to be missing out on my breakfast!!! You should re-schedule with that client!!!! LOL

Yup, pj is feeling a bit better.  Finally out of bed and not doing nyquil shots anymore. 

and OMG mistoferin, been there......vacuumed/shampooed that out.  But mine was pasta sauce ewwwwwwww

Status: offline 		Not going to twist that comment. But can I watch?   Took a trip across to Grand Haven sunday. Lake Michigan beaches are great to walk along. Have'nt seen that much road kill of deer in a while. Be carefull driving the freeways.

Status: offline 		the road i live on is much more dangerous to drive.  People that come to the house always comment on how long they had to sit and wait for the herd to get out of the way.  lol.  Pull up on the driveway and wait 5 minutes for the buck to decide he's finished eating in that spot so you can finally park the car. 

But yesterday, on the drive to south bend, i did notice that deer/car incidents seemed to be really high..thinking the states don't have the resources to remove the evidence :(

Status: offline 		skunks are pretty dangerous too.  ask a friend of mine, following me on her motorcycle..... she was in full leather gear, i saw the skunk, swerved but she didnt react quite as fast.....  everytime i see her i'm reminded of how much time she spent once she got home (almost 2 hours later) trying to deskunk herself and her leathers.    and yea, i burst out laughing every time.
