I still have my gall bladder and although I have had some attacks... severe pain that doubles you over, they could find nothing. I haven't had an attack in years now, but can sometimes feel some slight pain when I haven't had anything to eat. My doctor said that even the smell of something fatty could set off one of my attacks. Not sure I believe that one. Belladonna helped with my attacks. But... I live every single day with the symptoms you discribe. I eat, I get sick... thus, I don't eat much! The only relief I have found is milk comforts me. My stomach will feel empty even when I have eaten, but it also feels full in a way you can't eat another bite. It is strange. I get nausia compared to chemo nausia... live on pepto, gas x and a few unmentionable things. I sucked limes for the nausia which brought an instant relief but nothing long term. I am now looking into what is called 'leaky gut'. Somehow the toxin's in your body are released and often times before a bowel movement and you will get really sick. There isn't a lot known about it I guess... but it seems to come with all the symptoms you are mentioning. This stuff is not a just a bother... it can be disabling. I deal with pain that could knock a horse off it's feet and do not cry and yet that nausia... sometimes will put me in tears. I really feel for you... it is something that makes you crazy because the doctors think you are neurotic and can't find anything. I have tried just about every diet change I could and still nothing changes or works. All I can do is medicate... medicate and pray for answers or the right doctor. My heart goes out to you... I know what you are talking about. It sucks!
