I manage and run a Photo Lab and every year i have to resign the copyright policy law form and keep it on file.
The Photographer is the legal owner of photo for the life of it and even after his death.
You can reproduce the picture only if given a written release/permission to do so from the Photographer.

As i have said, the only issue is what CM will permit to be posted. i am not about to undertake a Memorandum on Copyright Law for no reason.

i am also not assisting any Man with His profile; if You have been told "maybe i can do it later"; well, no actually, i cannot.

i never expected the response i got and i am too busy to help.

Anyone can go to Walmart's and get about 6 shots taken by a "professional" and the result is both actual pics and a floppy disk for about $15.

Ahhh, but Candy, the WalMart photos won't look quite as good as yours :)

Some one here suggested people get a pro pic for their profiles.
it's no Biggie to me. Just trying to help and I thought people should know before they buy/ try or waste their time.

And as for the Masters or Dom's Profile, -so what- why be so nick picky
Say you read a Dom's profile you think really stinks.
But then that same Dom goes and has someone overlook it, or even write it for him.
You come across the same Dom's profile again and now it looks and sounds great. does that mean he is in some way different now than when he wrote it all by himself?
Have a great day

Yeah, there is something to that. Sometimes you see folks with descriptive, perfect profiles and then you start to talk with them. You soon come to realize the profiles were bought at Wal-mart, not the photos.

Laughs; TY. i have this one pic of myself at 20; i was just gorgeous. Maybe someday i'll get it scanned onto a floppy and post it here as a second pic. (Of course, being young, i was very insecure about my looks,)

It has never happened to me; the really great profiles of Men i like are found to be written by Men i later come to admire as articulate, etc. However, yes, if You use a ghost-writer, You may be a case of al sizzle and no steak.

Lordy; can we please not argue this anymore? i have confidence in my recollection of the law on-point but since i have not prepared a Memorandum i can admit that i may be wrong.

ALL that matters is what CM will allow to be posted; i know we will receive direction from the Mods soon. Maybe yesterday They had some other critical issue on Their hands.

Be a little patient.

Argue? ( looking around- who is arguing)
my replies have been to those who have asked me a question, or posed a specific comment towards me
i haven't said a thing to argue with anyone, all i did was answer and offer information i know to be true.
How do you get argue from that?
and why would you say

humm interesting. we expect so much from others but alot achive so little them selves.
we judge spelling content i did not know this was a job application. would you like past references. hum in which most would be fired or unemployed. i just do not get the fathoms of somes imagenation of stupid redrick for trying to find that fantasy partner that never really is there except in your head. we are fed by porn and lies and sexual short gratifying moments slicened by over anxous lustful intent to achive that perfect state of on going hunger to belong and be one on a higher level. if there was such a thing after all my years and research one thing is very much true. always stick to positive things that help you to grow not take away from. takers are a dime a dozen. givers all rare and few. no mater what you write in your profile. the true person always comes out in the end.

A bit like an individual who mailed me who had marked every item on his (long) list with "Expert," including Musical Theatre. I happen to be a bit of a musical buff, so I asked what his favourite musical was. His response? First, Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. When I mentioned it was a piece of music, not a musical, he then said "Nutcracker," which is a ballet based on a book and predates what is recognised as as musical theatre.

It may seem a little thing, but from someone who says he demands honesty from slaves, well....

Really, though, marking every one of your list items (unless it's a short-ish list) with "expert" has quite the opposite effect of making one seem impressive.

Yourkitten -> RE: Dominant and Master Profiles (12/20/2005 12:38:26 PM)

okay, i know right now my profile doesnt say very much. but it does say something. when i get an email and go to look at the profile most of the time there is nothing there. no picture, no words. i like to read at least a few things and like to see who i am talking with.

when i did have a profile with words i asked for pictures when emailing me, i said i dont want a married man, i said i want someone who likes cats and at least a few of the things i like.

what i get is married men, no pictures, no words, and ones who hate cats. and of course the spelling is very bad. i usually check all my words before i post anything.
