[sm=lastthing.gif][sm=lastthing.gif][sm=lastthing.gif][sm=lastthing.gif]To all subs, you really need to read this and understand this.
1. The first goal of any Dom/domme is to watch out for your safety and health. If they tell you it isnt, walk away.
Lets explore this.As parents and adults, we watch our children and pets to make sure they dont swallow things or shit? Why because it can lead to serious medical problems. Then why would a dom/domme make you swallow things and shit. Think about it.Your internal organs are not steel and cannot process inanimate objects like a goat or a sheep.
2. No matter what anyone says, there is no contract in the d's lifestyle that is legally binding under the federal law. Slavery is illegal under the law according to the US constitution and the Bill of Rights.
There is a fine line b/w bdsm and abuse. It doesnt matter if you are a slave or a sub, you still have the right to say NO at anytime you think you are in a dangereous situation.
Remember, your submission is a gift to your Dom/domme. It can be taken back.

Nice theory, but that's about it....

Surata -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 2:51:24 PM)

I beg to differ.  My internal organs are fully capable of processing both goats and sheep.  NAHM NAHM NAHM *belch*

Quivver -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 2:53:45 PM)

obviously something triggered you to post this so you might as well spill the beans.

GreedyTop -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 2:55:48 PM)

*snort*  nice first post.

Dude.. READ THIS:

There is NO ONE TRUE WAY........what may hold true for YOU is not necessarily going to be true for anyone else.  Yes, the dom may be partially responsible for the subs safety (as in having a CLUE about what theyre doing), the sub is equally responsible for making sure that they are placing themselves in capable hands.

Good luck.

Thank ya dahlin'.....

DiurnalVampire -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 3:01:31 PM)

The fact is that eatting shit and drinking piss, while some find it gross, will not actually harm you (your body processed it once... it wont hurt to get processed again). Neither will eating inanimate objects... ask any mother who's child has swallowed a penny, a button or a marble at some point in time.  I wont go into the fact that sheep and goats are no better equipped to eat tin cans than we are... thats a whole different story.

Maybe YOU believe that as a dominant it is our job to watch out for our subs well being by making sure they dont eat things. So, my boy's digestive tract is safe, even if I beat him bloody and then drink that blood? Good to know that makes me a safer domme than if I should heaven forbid ask him to eat poo!

BOUNTYHUNTER -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 3:03:59 PM)

MY answer is this...Yes I am going to hurt you but you knew this from the start didn't you girl ..Sounds like it to me girls that the op believe you'll haven't a mind of your own..

catize -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 3:05:39 PM)

Well thank goodness you posted this--we were gonna play 'swallow the goat" tonight, but now I will explain to him it's too dangerous!  Phew, that was a close call!

beargonewild -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 3:06:24 PM)

OP - That's all fine and dandy for some yet we subbies aren't all cut from the same bolt of cloth. And this subbie really doesn't appreciate the implication of being told to "To all subs, you really need to read this and understand this."  This subbie knows that my actions have repercussions and those repercussion do fall back to me and I accept each and every one.

But since you felt to warn us then it is only right to pass on this warning back to you. You state that your goal is to watch out for the health and safety of the sub. I hope the hell that includes their emotional health and safety also! Keep that in mind whenever you take it upon yourself to push them into something they may not be quite ready for even if you believe otherwise.

For the love of all things INSANE! Please let me know when you say stuff like this! I now have soda streaming down my screen, my ears are about to pop due to the almost instant like explosion of soda being forced out my nose....and if ANY of that made sense..... you are as sick and twisted as I am. *chucklez*

Happy Saturday...

Ummm...no it's not. While MY Master has taken on the responsibility, you're assuming that EVERY Dom/me that is involved with an "s" type is in a committed relationship and has also made that promise. Ultimately, it is up to the "s" type to protect themselves from things that do them harm.

You might want to try thinking outside of your own little box.

OttersSwim -> RE: Subs Be Aware (9/13/2008 3:13:02 PM)

Hi and Welcome to CM.  :)

So your post, while mostly sound advice, is a little declarative and sweeping in broad generalizations.  That can be somewhat off-putting when you are new to a community.  There are more flavors here than at Baskin Robbins, so it might not hurt to read a bit to familiarize yourself with the place.  There is life after first post troubles, so no worries...just read a bit and try to be open.  [:)]
