Obama = 84,000 people in a stadium. McCain = 8,000 at his latest rally (and lied, saying it was 23,000) Palin = down ten points in the polls, three days after her interview. Biden = gaining in polls, mostly due to his "straight talk" about who/what caused the LB failure, AIG, and now (it looks like) HP will be taking the next hit. The first debate is coming up, and McCain is reeling, because he, by his own admission, "Doesn't understand the economy." And From the looks of things, once Palin is put in front of a few pitches, she has no option but to bunt, saying the same thing over and over... It ain't over yet. Despite the republican whisper campaigns calling Obama a muslim, that he was educated in a mardrassa, that he may not actually be an American citizen, the lie that he was for kindergarden sex ed, the lie that he doesn't have a plan, the lie, the lie, the lie... From most of the electoral maps I've been seeing, the election is still anyone's call. Hardly the makings for a "racist landslide." Pop, if you're really hoping for him to lose, you'd better pray that the damage to the economy that the GOP has saddled the US with disappears in a day or two... Speaking of which... Gosh, wouldn't it be nice to have some of that $500+ billion that Bush squandered in Iraq?
