Well, I hate to be very blunt but it isn't like I can call my mother with this health question. Anyway, I had VERY rough anal sex with a Dom last night that has left me severly bleeding today. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to make it stop? At what point should I be concerned? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Severe bleeding should be followed by a MD...

when in doubt call your doctor.

Ouch. Even though that's what you wanted, huge dicks plus very tight assholes usually spells physical damage that can be very severe.

Nice to hear your such a great girl!  That being said its a pretty tough call because it really depends on what you call severe bleeding and how much time its been going on.  If you are really concerned about it then you should have a doctor check it out for ya. Sometimes bleeding happens. It can happen to the point where you sit on the john and your ass feels swollen and held open and blood comes out however it shouldnt be that much blood and you should have solid waste moving of course. If it was a really deep hard fuck then I would definatly suggest you go to the doctors because although its unlikely you could have torn the part where your bowels meet your intestine because there is usualy a bend right there and if somethng cant make that bend it simply pushes and stretches from the side of the intestine which can cause a tear. The other problem is that you can actually get an infection from all the fun. Shit like that takes forever to heal so you also might want to consider your ass under maintenence for a while.  If your really tight then it could be that most of the tearing was done around the muscle which usually heals on its own okay unless its a really bad tare.

Go to the ER. This is seriously not something to play with or second guess. You could end up with a fissure, a bad infection, permanent rectal incontinence or a colostomy. Don't let it go, get it checked out immediately.

Now this goes to another topic. I went through butt plug traning for 3 years almost. I use lube. I do everything I am supposed to do but anal sex is agony everytime STILL. This time was particulary bad just due to extreme cock size. I have spent years listening to peoples advice. Relax, go slow, use lube, soak in the tube, eat, don't eat, use anal eze, do foreplay. Blah blah blah. I am sure the other subs here will agree that just because I need to "prep" doesn't mean Doms care. (some of the time). Sometimes they just want to cause you severe pain.
After all this time and I am STILL having such complications. Does anyone one have an idea or osmething that I have not already mentioned.

Yea, don't have anal sex.....the surgery to fix and the thought of ending up with a colostomy is NOT worth the few seconds of joy that just ripped you an new hole.....NOW go to the Doctor and take him with you if possible and be HONEST with the Doctor regardless of any embarrassment.

Seems to me everyone has the SAME idea, and one you have not agreed with yet - go see a doctor!  What the hell are you waiting for?

I talked on the phone with my P.A. and explained my symptoms and the situation. She suggested I wait until the morning. It just happend last night. She said it is probably a fissure which unless there are other fever like symptoms will heal on its own. I am not looking for a magic answer. I was just picking everyones brain to see if anyone else struggles like I do and had any other suggestions for me.
