Status: offline 		Hey, as I see it, this is a preference.  I have the same problems being a BBW submissive sometimes, because there are some doms who don't want these types of subs.  Does that make me feel bitter or jealous?  No, I just move on until I can find a dom who enjoys those physical aspects.

It might help you to go out into your local BDSM community and socialize with like-minded people or find an older dom who could possibly mentor you.  Also, if you initially approach a sub with common courtesy and kindness, then maybe you can get a reply from that individual.  I know from my point of view, if a dom sends out an email to me with a greeting called, "Hello cunt or slut", chances are that this person will never get a reply back to me at all.  Just my

Status: offline 		I don;t think age really has anything to do with it. Especially since so many Doms (especially older ones) lie about their age. I know 2 very fine men over 60, one claimed to be 52 and the other very plausibly states that he is 43.

Did you notice? Older Doms lie about their age to seem YOUNGER? Hmmmm?

The number that is important in all this is not age. Consider instead, the number of hetero/bi Dom men out there compared to the number of hetero/bi sub women. There's your problem. Supply and demand. Competition. Survival of the fittest.

And women know the odds are in their favor. So unless you are a perfect fit, you will be told that you are too young or too old, or maybe your cock is to small, or your cock is too big, or the chemistry is just not their and they are still looking to find someone that reminds them of their first love.

Stop rationalizing.  There is nothing worse than a whiny Dom.

Status: offline 		::Chuckles:: I see a discussion that seems to become neverending, so I will involve my own input. I've never served one who was double my own age being I am 25. The oldest guy I've been with was 27 or 28 while I was 21, personally I do happen to prefer older guys being usually they are more mature in some ways that I need being younger guys usually don't attract me as much personality wise. It also seems that a dominant older would be more willing to do what he can to keep me from getting harmed, I am not very sexually oriented and guys my age don't seem to be willing to control their bodies as easily. Also I tend to be a private person, alot of guy friends my age are very much into going to clubs and drinking, when I'd prefer dining out, a quiet evening being  how my personality is.

It's all about how the two people connect and what they are looking for.

The original post was 12/5/2005 and now there are 12 pages and counting of comments. The poster is about 4 years older...perhaps wiser and perhaps has lessons learned from his maturing experiences...or not.

What's more important is how this topic resonated over time. I suspect it is so because the ache of connecting passion with the right kindred soul is so strong that it reaches across Western cultural taboos to embrace very wide age differences...from both directions. That's fascinating. A BDSM relationship already comes with its own special intensity that I suspect is missing in relationships that are vanilla-non/vanilla (D or s). That intensity seems to be so strong that it carves out a unique reserve for very wide age differences that appears less likely in the vanilla world (though I offer no proof of that).

I do not sense it says anything negative about the younger person's age cohorts nor about the older person's age cohorts of the opposite gender.

I do sense it does say something very positive about much older - much younger M/s D/s relationships (those absent of abuse), so that it should not only just be tolerated but examined further to see what can be learned from such relationships, for BDSM relationships of those much closer age-wise.

Perhaps such relationships have more clues to how a M/s D/s relationship can work better and longer? Perhaps.

Status: offline 		You gotto be kidding.  A girl half my age is old enough to be a grandmother.  She is a full fledged woman.  Girls are much younger than half my age.  I never tried to understand girls or women either.  I just accept them.  Its easier that way.  When they were older than I was, I accpted them.  Now very few of them are older than I am.  I figure it this way.  The older I get the more of them are younger than I am.  The law of chances says that when I am young there are not many females out there who are a lot younger than I am.  The older I get, the more of them there are.  When I was young, I was ugly, busy and unavailable.  Now I am old ugly, have lots of free time and am unavailable.  When I was young strong beautiful and intelligent women acted crazy when I came in a room.  Now I have more time and more women act the same way they did when I was young.  What's to understand?  I just accept it.
