This is, admittedly, one of the less intelligent ideas. I agree with Dalanius in almost all respects.
It's a crazy fantasy among women to assume that eligible, attractive, desirable, intelligent, educated, interesting male submissives have to pay money for a lottery ticket to 'meet' dominant females.
Perhaps these females, AAkasha among them, don't realize the equally-spotty 'quality' of many self-claimed dominant females.
Dalanius is correct in noting how particular and selective a desirable male submissive can be. In fact, the oft-cited, apochryphal '10-1' Domina-male submissive ratio is a myth. The constant complaints of dominas about aggressive, ill-behaving, unattractive, or cheating males should tell you that a more believable ratio is something like 1.5- or 2-1.
Further, since genuinely submissive males face the prospect of surrendering a large segment of their lives, or consent to play, to their Mistress, they will actually be somewhat more selective than the average Domina.
So, this idea is a non-starter on the face of it.
Finally, as a submissive male, I'd sooner gift/tribute a desirable Domina with a nice piece of leather for her to wear, than I would spend the same, or more, on a lottery to meet unknown, self-proclaimed dominant females in an open party setting. In fact, it's a rare woman who has dated me, as my Mistress, twice, and not received some tasteful, elegant piece of fetishwear as a gift, no strings attached.
