I chose "pickle" with my last Dom. Never thought it would accidentally come up in a session!
Apparently I am not the only one who thought it was a safe word.
As I was watching "Reba" one night, BarbaraJean asked her son to show Reba what he had learned about strangers. So the kid kicked Reba in both shins and ran away to the kitchen screaming "Stranger! Stranger!" Reba and BarbaraJean exchanged a few words before Reba began walking away. BarbaraJean asked where she was going, and Reba replied to get some ice for her bruises. BarbarJean then said, "OK, but the safe word is 'pickle'!" I got a really good laugh out of it, as did my Dom! Too bad our friends (who had no idea we were D/s) didn't understand what was so funny!
