I have had my face slapped by Master only when he thought I was not paying attention to something that he felt I should have been. It was a shock, and had the desired effect. Unlike many though, I have never felt excitement or arousal from it.

Actually that depends on the state. I'm licensed as an RN in CA and MA and in MA it would be violating HIPPA to report suspected domestic abuse of an adult who is not dependent. The mandatory reporting only applies to children, elderly, dependent adults, gun shots, stab wounds and burns covering more than 5% of the body. In CA it is the law that I report suspected domestic abuse regardless. HIPPA has a provision that allows for that.

In Indiana...and I am not sure of other state laws...but in Indiana, when minors are involved, it is THE LAW that all suspicious bone breaks, bruises, etc be reported immediatly. It is also recommended...not a law though, that for adults...it is up to the discretion of the attending physician whether or not the authorities are called.

Enjoy? For the shock value yes, that "look" I get is priceless, as it is not done very much, it catches the girl offguard everytime.

As for the reason, well she tends to get a bit excited at times and breaths a bit eratic :) having a passed out slave is so bothersome.

I wonder what it is with us Nurses and face slapping? Both tendencies must be on the same gene...

I absolutely love it. The first time my Dom slapped me with his hand, I was so shocked and excited, I nearly passed out and came all at the same time. Straight into sub space and flying high.

When I had just about recovered from that, He slapped me with his erect penis hard across my jaw bone, that is what caused the bruises. lol

I loved every minute of it and had no idea how much of a painslut I was until He started expanding my horizons.

As for the bruises, well, being honest, when I gain them in a scene, I often look at them for days afterward and remember how I got them. It excites me seing the evidence of our intensity. He hates them, but I love it.

I love to be slapped. It was the first BDSM type activity I experienced and remains one of my favorites. I have been slapped hard enough to have very light bruises. And while I don't recommend that or think it's particularly safe, I did enjoy it. Ophelia

As a dom, although I like rough sex, I don't 'enjoy' face-slapping, so I find myself in a catch-22. You don't need a closed fist to cause jaw problems or a concussion. Both can be caused by slapping.

Face slapping is an absolute hard limit... I don't know what it takes to cause a concussion or jaw problems but I do know what it takes to cause damage to the eyes... they aren't geared for that kind of treatment, I know, my eyes are damaged because of it. Eleven years in hell taught me all I need to know about it. My eye doctor told me if they had been able to catch it earlier they could have fixed it....
