I get the TPE regarding cuckolding, the "manwife" aspect, domestic, servitude, pampering, manwife at home, chastity etc.

However, I do not get how in a long-term marriage, with the wife having many sexual partners, surely the fantasy will wane after a few years.

For us the dynamics have to be just right for it to be worth it. Since we are RT and in a relationship, timing is everything. He has to be able to trust that I would never hurt him and I have to be more demanding than normal. The third party has to be someone that I have no emotional connection with. This isn't about cuckolding, per se. As I see it, cuckold gets two thing; fulfilling his need regarding humiliation and, if one is a true submissive, fulfillment from seeing his Owner satisfied and happy.
