actually, it's warm, cuddly, and comfy here today, thank you. highs in the 70s, no rain in the forecast, and the barometer is holding steady.

edited to add: what's cold about lemurs? they live in warm, tropical madagascar. they're also cute and some have striped fluffy tails--ring tailed lemurs. the aye-ayes are also very cute and friends of the lemurs. fuzzy warm cute!

I have known Misty for almost 20 years now, watched her fall in love the first time, and then fall apart when he died. I watched her struggle for years to come to grips with his passing. I watched the light in her eyes slowly die, till there was nothing left but a memory of the girl that I used to know. In the past few months, I have seen that light come back. I for one, am happy that she is finally taking a chance again, especially with someone who can make her laugh in the way she has been.

Yes, she got drunk at christmas time...we both did...in fact, I plyed her with the Jack that got her drunk. I listened to her talk about the past with tears in her eyes, and I listened to her talk about the future, with tears in her eyes also. She was crying for what was, and she was crying for what had become.

I plan to be throwing more than just roses for these two...personally, I hope to be able to throw alot more.

And yes Mistress Hathor, this is HOT HOT HOT

Never heard that expression before but I'll remember it. I just call it disrespectful to all.

well, we've got a real stupid monkey here because he does let go of the branch when he only has fantasies of grabbing another one.

I think that sometimes its hard to remember, or easy to forget, Im not sure which, that its very easy to fall for what you believe (or wish? or imagine?) a person to be like. It is quite another thing to love the reality that is that person.
Anyone can fall into this trap, especially when so many among us primarily find people they can really relate to and open up to about certain subjects (like BDSM) online.
I will repeat the line I sent my sig other when we first met (yes, online) before we subsequently established our current relationship (yes, offline).

"All I can say is: Everyone, and I mean everyone looks better on paper."

That is true. And people usually look better in early courtship (the romantic in me loves that word), they are on their best behavior, wanting to hide their blemishes. It usually takes awhile to learn the reality, and even then sometimes we turn our head for a while.

I hope that all women here on cm learn to read the post's a bit better that way they don't get taken by the scum that runs around rampant.

It's all in the post's you just have to read them carefully. People announce they have submissives in the open....well you get my drift.

Unfortunately, there are also many of us that know that a person who is most hoping that the brand new year is looking up is also involved with the unstable scumbag who has played, used and lied to a few of the other nice, trusting gals around here. So we already know it will end badly for her just as it has for the others.

Well, I think that Noah is right...if this point has not been taken by the concerned parties by now, it's not ever going to be taken.
Dontcha think?

Did it really end badly for them? They're not with him, right? That seems like a good thing to me.
