There should be nothing physically hindering with drinking only water. Water is what our body is made to drink as its made of mostly water, the other stuff is crap humans have created for taste effect and enjoyment. I mean does she want you to stop eating oranges so you won't be drinking any oj, if not, you can always juice the fruits and veggies to make it liquid. Or she expecting you to cut out crap like beer and pop, perhaps coffee etc, especially if you don't drink water much. My doc is making me give up pop and coffee etc because i usually don't drink any water when i drink those all day. The human body doesn't need most of the crap people put into it, so going to just water may only put a pressure on you through a concept of cravings or simply wanting a different taste. However, you can usually get this through food including all your nutritional aspects. And going cold turkey will probably be a bitch, at least it is for me when i let go of my pop and coffee (which is really only what i drink outside of water). Most juices are loaded with sugar, beer well you don't need that to live, do you drink a lot of milk or is it a concept of you believe you will want it now because you can't have it. BUt all in all, water only isn't unhealthy. Does she expect you to give up cereal if you eat it with milk. However, that is a VERY BIG expectation for forever especially if this is an online relationship, wherein, she isn't there to evaluate the effects of her commands and you are changing your life for an online relationship. It may be something of an insentive to move this to an offline relationship prior to making such life changing decisions -- although, this doesn't sound like a bad one or unhealthy one, just going to probably be a difficult one. angel
