ORIGINAL: breakme My Mistress has recently decided that I am only allowed to drink water (no juice, milk, beer, etc.). If I eat things like yogurt to get my calcium, eat lots of fruits and veggies to get vitamins, and so on, is this okay or should I be doing other things? Thank you. You are an adult. You are able to get all the calcium and nutrients you need from a healthy diet. Dark leafy greens also have calcium. I drink almost zero cows milk or fruit juice. I drink water all day. About the only other beverage I drink is one cup of coffee in the morning, most mornings. Occasionally some red wine or a G&T. I do eat cheese, yogurt, and loads of fresh fruit. No problems at all.
