Status: offline 		I will be renting out space in my house beginning in mid-August.  You will get a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and shared use of a living room.  Utilities will be paid, and you will also get satellite TV and wireless Internet.

The soundproofing is nonexistent, so I need a kink-friendly tenant.  So I'm advertising here.

Too bad I didn't see this a week ago. I get so tired having conversations with new roomies about the possibility of them walking in on my "boyfriend" cleaning the house. Biggest is having to work around hosting for similar reasons.
