unfortuantly lilly that is not my kittehs map of the bed LOL hers is all based on where and how the comforters are laying. My husband and i found out that mystic and midnight like to play all night and are suprisingly quiet about it.

I opened the windows here, so I have KB running around doing the Crazy Fresh Air thing....so far, he's jumped on Smooch, and has tripped me 3 times running under my feet when I'm walking. Little Bit is also zooming around like a little dervish. Squeaks is in the kitchen where it's safe from runaway schizoid kittehs, and Boo is just walking around calmly smelling the wind. Hopefully, they will pick their windows soon and sleep.

well all is quiet with the kittehs and dog and puppy right now. i have to get kitteh flea stuffs soon because both Mystic and Midnight are chewing and scratching like crazy. Flea dip and flea collars should do the trick if not also the crazy liquid shit that goes on their back in addition to the normal garlic powder on the foods they eat :D.

s2s....the new beebee is sooooo cute! We made history here today. Misty, the notorious picky eater, actually ate something that Angel, who usually wolfs everything down, turned her nose up at. I was eating organic cheese and mushroom pizza, so of course both were here begging. Misty ate two tidbits each of cheese and crust, which really surprised me. I would at least have expected Angel to like the cheese, but she wanted no part of it.

Well, he's making room for himself here in the house. Looks like the neighbor who said she wanted him has changed her mind, and I'm not going to take him from the house to a shelter where he'll be alone in a cage, so I'm halfway to Crazy Cat Lady status......{sigh}. The guys are all sort of accepting him, but Squeaks still looks at him like he's something she stepped in in her potty box......when he finally calms down, both KB and Boo will allow him to snuggle up with them. Smooch still runs away from him. KB wouldn't have a problem with him at all if Little Bit would stop looking for teats......KB looks just like LB's mama! He doesn't seem to be growing alot, but his feet are huge! Mama is a smaller kitteh, and Toby is a meduim sized tom, so I don't know whether to go by his parents or his feet.......if he grows into them, he's gonna be a big 'un!

well mystic fire misty and angel are quite odd it seems at times from what you share of their actions LOL. s2s... it seems from what your saying about LB that he is gonna probably be as big as his daddy if not bigger. im glad everyone there is settling in to him. as far as my house of chaos Midnight definatly let me know his right name right off the bat. he is active as all hell during the night other than the ocassional crash and sleep with mommy and daddy. He is still working on getting use to blondie because she is a puppy and is so playful. Mystic has warmed up to him quite well suprisingly. They share litter boxes. i think they have designated what was Midnights litter box as the poo box and mystics is for pee LOL.... Midnight has no qualms with sasha as far as how he acts towards her walking by other than the occasional hiss and tail attack. one of the cutest things that he does is when its eating time he crawls in to the big community pet food bowl and takes it over till hes done eating his share of not only the kitteh frisky foods but the pieces of purina dog food he likes. the other cute thing he does is stalk Mystic around the house and attack her tail. If they are on the cat tower, Mystic will sit on the top and dangle her tail down and Midnight will get on the top of the "cave piece" where the sisal tube is to the top and he will swat at mystics tail and lay there when she turns around and bat at each other then on his side use his claws and pull himself around the sisal tube to where her tail is and repeat till Mystic gets tired of it and jumps down. right now it seems that all four legged kids are sleeping for a nap till they wake up and begin playing again.

Mine is walking around trying to figure out where snuggles( our dog that we just had to put down) has went....She (bootsie) the cat is at a loss as to why we didn't go on our morning walk...yes the cat would trail along,and as an example of learned behavior actually do her own business during the walk...careful to bury her waste. I fell so damm low today.

I am so sorry about your dog. When I had to put down my beautiful girl a couple of years ago, I was heartbroken for a long time. I loved her so much, and I still miss her. It was hard to get my head around losing her. I had always thought of her as a friend and contemporary, it was horrible when she grew old before my eyes. I will be getting a puppy in a few months that is her great granddaughter, so I feel like I will at least have part of her back again. Now I am sitting here crying. My oldest dog now is 13, and I know i will be facing this grief again soon. It is the worse part of having a dog.

I fell so damm low today. maybe even though snuggles isnt around and granted it would make you sad and morn more take bootsie for her normal walks and such keep the routine up. it will keep you healthy and even the kitteh toos. sorry for your loss and i have a feeling in a few years me and my husband will know that feeling when blondie wont have sasha to pester anymore when we go for walks.

Thanks guys,just got back from the shelter,this isn't my first loss of a four legged friend..and though there is no "replacing" one...( in the past I have sworn to never again open myself up to the loss) there is really only one way to heal the hole...so I just "rescued" a lab/ retriever mix,black as night ...so she will be called midnight.....I hope bootsie warms up to her [:)]
