She is in her special spot in my walk-in closet after being in the car twice in the drive to and from my Dom's place over the weekend; even if it is not over 20 miles each way..she hates traveling....I think she needs to unwind in her own way......

Amos is hiding from Cashew (it seems that he welcomes me home by terrorizing her).

He is now mauling the recently de-squeaked toy....

The white cat brought me two gifts today.  When I opened the door to feed her, she dropped a sparrow at my feet.  It was still alive and flew off.  When I went out to get the mail, she dropped a lizard at my feet.  The poor lizard was not so fortunate.

Amos is limping, for some reason.  I cant find any wounds.  I think she may have pulled a muscle or something while trying to avoid the little monster,

My kitty is currently cleaning herself....I hope this isn't a thread hijack but I saw this today on Martha Stewart's site...they had a photo contest for pets that are best buddies (all types of animals)...love all the photos!

PS..they have a new contest for the cutest kitten now going on too..but my cat is no longer a kitten!

Lily is sitting on the exercise bench, staring out the window.  I looked outside to see what she is looking at and didn't see a thing.  Guess only she knows.

I went out to give the white cat some cuddling and TLC, and she licked my face.  Such a sweetie.  I saw an ad today for a lost cat meeting her physical description but the dates and location don't seem to match--the ad said the cat was missing since 6/8 from a city 6 miles from here.  This cat has been here since 5/30 and it seems unlikely a cat would wander 6 miles from its home, though I suppose it's possible.  I left a message for the owner of ths missing cat anyway to see if this cat could be the one they're looking for.

Just talked to the person who placed the lost cat ad.  It was a different cat and he's gotten her back.  Looks like I will make an appointment to have the white cat checked out by the vet, then start orienting her to my household.

She was just admiring her shadow on the wall. If she had stayed put I would have taken a picture. It was so cute.
