Angel just presented me with a "gift" on the porch--another dead lizard. The poor things wander into my garden, only to have their lives cut short abruptly.

I live in a small town, and there are a lot of critters who live on and about my property. One night, I finally realized that there was a skunk who was under my bed! I got him out of my room, and closed that door, then spent the next two hours getting him out my back door! I don't really want to link to it here, but I have a brief video of the black and white striped kitteh online somewhere. If you ask me on the other side, I'll send you the link. Meanwhile, Hobbes is on the chair near my desk, Miss Porsche, our 13 year old poly dactyl is in her box on the table, trying to cling to her last few weeks of life with grace and dignity, and the other kittehs are out and about in the beautiful evening, trying to catch the baby "hoppy grassers" who have recently hatched.

Spicy is still on the run since tuesday evening [&o] Time to get printer & Co. out of my countless boxes here to get his profile on the trees and to the vets [&o] Thankfully I do have some good pictures from him (somewhere) in one or more of the boxes [&o] Also I am glad that he IS micro chipped but rgiht now the address isn't up to date of course....so will have to sort that out as well.....am here the next days until tuesday night (then I am off again on night shift) maybe I manage to find him at some point [&o] today after work I will walk a different route home in case he went further down the direction where he shoot off than just up to the next street [&o] Only relief is that I know he is used to being outside as he was homeless for 2 years before I took him on and he enjoys being outside....so I know he will manage wherever he is right now, however - needless to say - I would feel more comfortable to know that he knows where his home now actually is...whenever he has enough as it will get colder in the near future...[&o] My other furrys are fine, curry was outside with me earlier but as much as he is the boss at home as much is he a scardy boy outside at present...so I am glad he is back inside and safe...

Angel is on my neighbor's porch, no doubt trying to convince her that she hasn't been fed all day (absolutely false) and is in need of some table scraps. I was eating some popcorn earlier. Misty was begging incessantly. I gave her a piece, which she of course rejected. However, she went right back to begging. Why do they continue to beg for something they don't even want, LOL? Lily is in the sink of the guest bathroom again, her new favorite place. I think she likes that place because the knows Angel also likes it and enjoys depriving Angel of something she enjoys. She is 11 years old and never had any interest in getting up there until she saw Angel do it.

Chloe-kitty is watching the hammy roll around in the hamster ball. She must think it's such a tease to have this rodent wander around in a sphere, just out of reach. [:D]

Hobbes was just up on the arm of my computer chair trying to get me to give him some of whatever I'm eating...which happens to be pistachios. I offered, he declines. Spud is sitting politely on the other chair waiting for me to go to bed. It's gonna be a long wait!

My one kitteh, Boo, LOVES pistachio nuts, but not to eat....he loves to bat them all over the place....he loves the little "tink" noises they make skating across the floor, but especially loves the noise in the bathtub! You'd be amazed at how loud that noise is at 3am! He even knows what drawer I keep the bag in.....he hears it open up, and he's right there......when he doesn't open it by himself that is! My kittehs may not have opposable thumbs, but they can get into anything! They've even figured out how to work the Lazy Susan cupboard in the kitchen......I have to make sure there aren't any kittehs inside when I close it!

gracie just begged to be fed....when she gets a 'hole in her bowl' she thinks it needs refilling.......she forgets i just filled it last night late. she is one and a half yrs old and is packing 12.5 pounds. she also had her toy waiting for me when i got back from a milk run at 7.she is the best people cat i have ever known.

BHY....wow! That's a lotta kitteh! Squeaks is a Maine Coon, female, and she's about the same age and about the same weight. Right now, she's the only one up with me, she's in the crinkle tunnel chasing whatever it is she thinks she's sees. All ofthe boys are asleep.

Misty was kind and allowed me to sleep until 10:30 A.M., since I was up until 4:30 A.M. Angel wanted out first thing after I got up. Lily is loving Angel's absence from the house.

Tigerlilly was napping up here on the keyboard and has now gone off to be the mighty hunter and catcher of bugs lol. missy is laying on the sofa and sprockets is probably playing with his catnip up in kitty heaven

My, you are being terribly naughty! I like that in a man. I hate geese, I had a male stray who would have probably been able to take out a goose, and Calvin and Hobbes together could take one out...but first you have to get Calvin on anti-psychotic meds...if they have them for cats. Right now, all of the bed babies are waiting for me to come back and finish watching my movie, and then get some sleep, but the lure of posting a few more things was just too strong!

cant believe there's 60 pages of posts . well my cat ran away from its new home and found his way back to the old place 4 days later.freaking out my daughter cause she didnt know what to think.

Angel is glancing in the direction of the door, like she's trying to decide if she wants to go out or not. Lily is hiding somewhere. Misty is busy grooming herself.

One is eating food the other is climbing inside the box springs on the bed. He just figured out he could crawl in there a couple days ago.
