I meant to quote that post in the other thread, it being typical of the sort of thing that TPE threads devolve into, i.e., you can do anything up to and including murder and cannibalism, as long as it's consensual, nihilism - in this case, it isn't consensual.

The argument is "she's a person", i.e., the law doesn't matter, but it matters to me, case law is being made on this subject even as we speak, and you and I will be bound by it - it isn't her rights I'm defending, per se, they're my rights too.

To be honest, I found this thread a bit of an eye opener, to each their own and I guess I'm terribly conservative here but consent and choice is for me personally what divides BDSM from abuse. But then again, I'm not a twu domme, I'm just your average nice sadist who enjoys a masochist with a sense of humor. I don't want TPE, I don't want to micromanage somebody 24/7, I'm in charge at work, when it comes to "play", I don't want to feel like I am working, I want to have fun and hurt somebody who enjoys being hurt, somebody who's as RACK as I am, I don't want to train a slave, I got enough on my hands training my dog!

Ad Hominem is attacking the character of ones opponent in a way unrelated to the subject at hand, I am not doing that, my accusations here are very specific.

You on the other hand, are engaging in quite blatant ad hominem, having failed to raise any substantive point.

In fact, if I called her incompetent and mentally handicapped, it would simply be stating facts, since the courts have deemed her so, in fact, I've been giving her the benefit of the doubt.
