I know this is hard to hear but if he *really* wanted to meet you, you would have met him already.  Trust me...don't give him any more of your time.  Move on!  There are tons of interesting, intelligent men out there who are deserving of your time.

    Cuntacious?? Hey yo! This thread is so cuntacious! Too bad it sounds like the word contagious. On its own, it doesnt sound like it means frustrating and awkward or selfish. hmm.

    Just carry on with your life.
    You don't have to freeze him out - just keep on as you always have.  You are not in a relationship with this person and there is no commitment, so just keep your options open.  If you find someone in the meantime, then cool - he loses out.  But right now you are being far too needy and clingy to a person who is showing little enthusiasum.  You are coming across as a little desperate - not that you probably mean to.  Just keep living life and looking around.  Do not put your life and experiences on hold for someone you don't really know. For what it's worth, I would personally not bother after he failed 8 attempts, not because of the stringing along thing, but because he is clearly unreliable.

    Yes, respond to his text.  Tell him thanks for showing concern and that you cannot wait to get better so you can see him again.  Tell him he is the best thing that ever happened to you and that you are sorry for doubting him.  Tell him you will always be there whenever he wants you and that it makes you very happy to be his.  Keep sending him texts like this.  Constantly.  He will love that you are so interested.
