Thank you for the warning, but Daddy has the exact same credit card, and they let him use it as a regular old credit card, but these people they deal with people with no credit or poor credit, and as such, they charge the shit out of potential applicants to use the card, first there's a one time fee to sign up* which I know now this but didn't before*, then there's a yearly fee then there's a fee for something else, an then on top of that, there's their higher than every body else APR. I have other credit cards but they're all maxed, and hardly any one else will give me credit, due to higher debt than ratio potential so I have to go with people like Orchard bank, I wouldn't even do it, but we need the help for Ginger's medical expenses and I didn't want to borrow money again :( my family has already been more than generous loaning us money.quote:
ORIGINAL: LanceHughes SCAM ALERT!!!! Check the fine print! Almost every one of the $39 cards are very, very limited in your purchases. Some even say "You'll be able to enjoy your purchases from our catalog and MORE!" (Obviously, the "MORE" is more catalogs.) They make their money off the $39 fee. Some don't even send the card. Most folks are ashamed to report these companies to the Law. But, it rarely matters if the practices are reported.... the Lawyers for these companies have seen it all. SCAM ALERT!!!!
