I admit this gave me a HUGE WTF moment and my return texts were possibly not pleasant, or readable. They possibly were things that would make one need therapy...

I admit nowhere in my mind does "Its over" translate to "I dont want you to hurt...." or "Possible maybe but I need a break...."

I admit I think I was right about the running.... and now he's rethinking his running and wants to make sure he can still come back, that he hasn't burned that bridge.

I admit I read all that and thought "she'll be back with him shortly".

I also admit I've been banned from giving relationship advice, ergo I'm saying nothing.

I admit that if RF wants to know what history there is,I will share, not that there is much beyond hwat I have already posted.

I admit that if I were in Sophies shoes, I'd say fuck off.. but I'm not.. so I cant offer any advice, only hugs and an absorbant shoulder.

I admit i knew i was going to fall apart yesterday.

I admit i told everyone that my husband needed surgery on his jaw...then i didn't say anymore, because i couldn't.

I admit my world stopped when the surgeon said "We found something that isn't normal..."
An abnormal area on the back of his throat that ruptured and caused a great deal of blood loss during the surgery. They took a biopsy and said the results would be in soon.

I admit i put on an Oscar-winning performance when telling Jim about it. He was so drugged that the surgeon couldnt talk to him, so it was up to me. I downplayed it to keep him calm and did a fairly good job, it seems.

I admit, good Christian woman that i am, that i gave God hell and told Him just how it was going to be...No...not Jim....You can't have him...no...NO!!!!! Please...no.

I admit the biopsy results came in yesterday and were negative.

I admit i still cant stop shaking.

I admit God must do an awful lot of eye rolling when He deals with me.

I admit i am blessed beyond what i deserve and i give Him all the credit.

I admit a month ago I would've agreed with you, RF.

I admit things are not so easy now. There has been alot of hurt. There are alot of questions that must be answered. He has alot to rebuild, because while that bridge hasn't burned - it's been condemned because of extensive damage.

I admit they laid it out that way specifically so there would be seven votes on the board and that no one person would be over burdened with what they would be required in positions.

I admit the other boards that I've been on for kink groups have had five.

I admit it can be easy to burn people out that way because they get overworked and under appreciated.

I'm not a believer, so wouldn't credit anything but good fortune, but it's still outstanding news :)

You must have been worried to distraction, poor thing :(

We're waiting on the first course of treatment for a close family member to start in the next few days ... the cancer is confirmed (that's what I was sad about the other night), but it's early stage (which is good). However, it's a virulent type (which is bad), so I guess it's kind of in the balance. The person has beaten a different form of cancer once before, so they've got what it takes, but of course every time is different, and nothing's guaranteed.

I admit I am very worried about them, and for them, although they're rather chipper about it all.

I admit it's all come as a huge shock - they went in for something completely unrelated, discharged themselves way early (typical of the individual concerned) coz they detest hospitals, got problems as a result, and it was only while sorting those out that the doctors noticed something odd (in a scan for something completely unrelated), and went looking further. So, bizarrely, if they weren't such a stubborn sod and hadn’t checked themselves out too early, or the doctors weren't really on the ball (it wasn't even their area of expertise coz they're not Oncology specialists) it wouldn’t have surfaced for maybe another 2 years, by which time it would definitely have been game over. From original operation to self-discharge to problems to "hang on, what's that?" to diagnosis to treatment start will be 15 days. Sometimes the NHS gets it right :) And it's one of the best Oncology units in Britain, so if it's possible to cure them then they'll be cured.

I admit I’m puzzled sometimes by how odd life can be :)
