I admit I was forced (due to my back problems) to invest in a quality foam (non-spring) mattress, many years ago.

I admit they're simply a revelation – they don’t deform or sag over time (most spring mattresses start to deteriorate in as little as 2 years, the cheaper ones even faster) and the difference in sleep was noticeable. Everyone who has tried it says the same. One ex had to get her own coz she missed mine so much. I’m on my second one now, after my first was destroyed by water ingress while in storage – they all have 10 year guarantees at minimum, and you’ll never need to claim; my current one is 9 years old now, and seems no different from the day I bought it.

Oh, and because they’re effectively sealed internally, dust mites can’t live in them, so they’re better for those with allergies too (not me, but thought I’d mention it). When I didn't have much money I bought one and put it on the floor, rather than spend money on both a frame and a cheap mattress. Then, a little later, I bought a splendid, hand-made, solid wood frame, in a funky, sort of Gothic (ish) style.

I admit my bed frame has some rather nifty anchor points I added myself :)

Status: offline 		I admit I also have an IKEA bed and mattress...and I suggest the IKEA mattress pillowtoppers to add a nice layer of foam...made all the difference for me!

I admit I'm going to a ClubFEM event tonight in Maryland.

I admit I'm nervous for the first time in a long time....

I admit this is my first heterosexual leather/BDSM event that I've ever attended---for all these years, I've only gone to queer/dyke-only events so I'm sure it's going to be very different for me.

I admit that I'm getting just a tad annoyed by the various "it's so warm and sunny here!" texts, Facebook messages and emails I'm getting from the irritating little bastards while they're away at various winter testing sessions at southern European and Asian/Australian tracks.

I admit someone's going to get a very rude reply shortly.

Fuckers :(

ETA: As a comparison, it's currently 2 degrees C and grey and miserable in London. Arse :(

I admit I'm really sick of being in pain, and can't wait for my insurance to kick in so I can find out what the hell is wrong with me.

I admit work is going to be hell until that happens.

I admit I haz hugs for the sads and grinz for the happies.

I admit I only skimmed the last couple pages of admits, because they build up so fast it's a little overwhelming.
