I admit that the weather in NC outside of Charlotte has been darn near balmy. Ok no, not really, but it has been in the 60's and 70's, some of it even after the sun went down. I admit that the sun is already shining this morning, and I see no sign of the promised cloud formations which should give me the nice thunderstorm I was told to expect, but I am still keeping my fingers crossed for that. I admit that yesterday, the garden began with strawberries, lettuce, two kinds of cabbage, broccoli, spinach, and onion seedlings, and seeds laid in peat pots for my herb garden (basil, chives, oregano, parsley, sage, thyme, chamomile and lavender, so far; the last three of which are exceptionally pretty even just as potted plants). Himself relocated the big birdfeeder to what will be the cornerpost of the new garden fence, right next to a thicket where a lot of little birds pass through. Then, I admit that He moved a big old cauldron that had sat unnoticed under our back porch for years into a little dugout in the dirt at the side of the garden facing my kitchen, on a bed of stones, and burnt weeds and all the trimmings he was taking off of the ginormous rosemary bush at the hub of the garden. I admit that the Universe was pleased, and so was I. Very theraputic stuff, that.. {{{SpRiNg!!1!}}}
