(You had very strong feelings about the beating in the McDonalds near you, so I think you do feel. Sometimes we get worn out, and feeling anything seems like a chore.) I feel very strongly about things of a military/patriotic nature. It's how I'm wired, and it's how I have chosen to view the world I live in. I refuse to be a non-participant in my life, void of feelings and emotions, like Eeyore. (my Manny and I used to call the non-emotive pediatrician we had Dr. Eeyore, and the one who was all over the place, Dr. Tigger) I was there for a brief time in my life, and I vowed to leave the gloomy, blue donkey behind me.

I admit that I'm now listening to my Manny talk to all of his political cronies overseas about the recent activity in the world. I may never get any sleep tonight. I'm sure there will be calls to and from all corners of the globe tonight. If he doesn't keep his voice down, I may beat him with a club.

I admit he just called me the "Mother Witch" (loose translation) to someone in SL, and laughed. I will club him like a baby seal, and just told him so. He laughed again. I don't think he's understanding me or my destructive powers very well.

I admit that my Manny was asleep when I heard the news, so I threw open Thing 1's door, flipped on the light, and said, "Bin Laden is dead!!! Turn on the tv."

I admit that he had the same reaction when I told him I was in labor on Christmas morning with Thing 2. (Home Alone face) hehehe...
