I admit I ordered way tooooo many books on amazon

I admit i have to refrain myself for the next while, cause whilst I can afford this bill with the money which is coming in next week, I can't keep going that way in my current financial situation

I admit thats a bit of a bummer, cause I luuuuuuuuuuuubs books... and even class mates from my second apprenticeship wrote about me in our good-bye-newspaper, that I had more books than our literature-pedagogic lady...who used to bring along many books from the library for the classes we had with her

I admit, sadly, many of my books I had to sell 2004 for not so good reasons and I hope to have many of them back in the near future...

I admit, hey ho....the ones which I bought now, will do for a while and then I can get some more again at a later stage

I admit it I can totally relate to this post!

I admit it I hate the fact that Borders is going out of business and the only full service bookstore is Barnes and Noble, which has just two locations on this island.

I admit it I cruise by the book counter every time I go to Costco...and lost my resolve of "no new books until I'm done reading the ones I have" by buying the George Martin series, A Song of Ice and Fire...*sigh*

I admit it I first became interested in the above series after seeing this:

Fine Hawaiian beefcake actor Jason Momoa as Khal Drogo from the HBO adaptation of The Game of Thrones, one of the books in George Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series.
Ooooohhhh yeah, mighty fine. *slobber, drool* :D

I admit I can relate, I don't have any bookstores in my town and I have to drive an hour to get to one.

I admit B&N.com has this awesome clearance section on their website. Way more books online than they put in the store.

I admit if you spend 25 dollars shipping is free and with the clearance section I can usually get out with about 10 books for 25 dollars.

I admit I'm kinda of a random reader. When I had a library membership I would pick a section and randomly pick books off the shelf. If I could get into the book within an hour I kept reading if I couldn't I'd return the book. I admit I came across several wonderful books that I wouldn't have normally chosen to read.

I admit Zephy don't be too concerned.

I admit I'm trying to find balance. Trying really hard.

I admit I'm taking 16 credits and driving and hour and a half each way for school. The drive is causing a problem.

I admit I'm also in an accelerated program.

I admit coffee is my friend!

I admit I will miss Borders deeply, and B & N is not the same. Granted, I am not a big book buyer, more of a library user, but I do enjoy my magazine binges. I did brilliantly picking the bones of the magazine racks!

I admit that Hot Fuzz is on. I heart Simon Pegg. Yes, I know that I own the DVD and could watch it anytime, but winning TV roulette is pleasing.

I admit that Jason Momoa caught my eye on Stargate Atlantis. Yesh, he caught my EYE, what do you people take me for?

I admit it I dislike Barnes & Noble, ever since a problem ordering books online a few years back.

I admit it I miss going to Borders with Miss Red & hanging out in those yummy chairs reading books & kickin back.

I admit it I just walked across the apt for about the 4th time today & just realized that I have no pain!!!

I admit it I am making macaroni salads of wonder for a BBQ tonight.

I admit it I am going early to hopefully miss the crowds & get a good spot to park.

I admit that I am not here as often as I would like (but probably still far too often for some people!).

I admit that I sneezed so hard I got a nosebleed. I admit that has happened three days in a row. I admit that at one point, my bathroom sink and counter looked like a crime scene.

I admit that I am so happy for Red and G. I admit da girl deserves a mega-helping of "happy".

I admit that a friend has disappeared under odd circumstances and that has me worried.

I admit that a special someone and I went from "I like you"... "I like you too"... to "poly with". I admit that it feels very comfortable.

I admit that I lurv you guys lots.

I admit that I'm thanking you all for the well wishes.

I admit that I'm sending Cali congrats, too!!! *hugs* That's very exciting.

I admit that I dropped Geoff at the airport and I dislike that. However, I'll be meeting his family in a few weeks.

I admit that Thing 2 went us to the airport, and looked out the window as we kissed goodbye.

I admit that she told me she "needs therapy after her mom tongue wrestle. *eye rolls*

I admit that I told her she assumed the risk of childhood trauma when she looked outside, so it's not my fault.

I admit that Geoff has been interestingly absent on the forums this weekend.

I admit that this leads me to believe you played whack a sub with him.

I admit that this would mean that he can't sit down today.

I admit that this will make his flight home very interesting.

I admit it I can totally relate to this post!

I admit I can relate, I don't have any bookstores in my town and I have to drive an hour to get to one.

I admit my book shopping trip started off as I dared to get an amazon credit card, cause I am not using my UK card anymore with having my finances now going on over here.

I admit, due to my current situation it is a reasonable limit on there and I actually have no intention to get that changed once I am back at work, cause most of the time we don't really need a huge availability on a credit card...

I admit at first I got 3 bee books, which I marked in the past as I found them on a honey-maker-page (a national organisation regarding bee hives etc.), as I do hope to soon be able to start reading those to then get my bee hive next year...I had marked them as they recommended those ones to be really good, to avoid going for many of the bad ones at first, considering how many bee hive books are out there...

I admit, then I decided to get some books for additional preparation for my next hospitation...

I admit, then I developed my idea to try to publish my own pedagogic book by 2013 and so got some books to prepare more for that (books in which I likely would cite out of it).

I admit, then I remembered that I had decided to give my nephew a CD from a popular musician into his advents calendar (he does great kids songs with kids), so I bought that as well, that this is sorted...

I admit...then later last night...I decided to try to knit a pair of socks for Mr. M's birthday in October and decided to get a book particular for men socks...

I admit since last night I now also know that amazon has an application for iphones...not quite sure if it was wise to download that one

I admit...then...my card was finished off

I admit, as I get my money in during the next week thats perfectly ok...that way those 200 bucks get cleared again straight away

I admit for the next while, though, I have to refrain myself from more shopping, as quite frankly, with such manners I won't be able to buy my mortgage next year

I admit, though, I am looking forward to that stuff now

I admit the books which I had before and sold were mostly pedagogic books as there I simply had bought all sorts of stuff, theories and activity books about play pedagogics, adventure pedagogics etc. pp...

I admit there are so many fields and during my apprenticeship I enjoyed, whilst preparing for my practical visits from my teacher within my group, that I had lots of sources to use without having to jump to a library or a shop easily.

I admit last night I started to wonder, if my interest in books stems from the fact that my parents are usually useless in giving answers...thats one of their big weaknesses that they didnt really provide support to us when we had questions or needed help...

I admit I wonder if having many books is my way to know that I will very likely find my answers I need within my little library without having to rely on anyone else...

I admit, of course, with now the existence of the internet it isn't as desperately needed as it was before then

I admit that I would like to know if my stupid profile is showing up on the other side.  I hid it briefly, then un-hid it, and some are saying I'm still hidden.

I admit it, you are an evil, evil wench for tempting me into the online retail world! Damn you!

I admit it, I find your random reader idea to be a fabulous one. Although you have more patience than I do...I'd probably give it 15 minutes, tops. ;)

Well gee whiz, consider where you are! :D And I feel deprived, not spoiled...*lower lip quivers*...there used to be a nice BIG Borders just around the corner from me. It's closed now. :( And the next closest one will close soon too. There used to be 6 on this island. And I remember Waldenbooks too. They had fabulous deals. *sighs*

I admit it, after reading Phoenixpower's post, I was reminded of how my love of books and reading goes back to the very beginning of being able to read. Books are wonderful! And though I admit it I will probably be buying some sort of e-reader in the near future (I really need portability) there is nothing quite like opening a brand new book with the excitement of what's to come inside those pages. That isn't to say I'm averse to libraries, but there isn't one located in a very convenient spot and I admit that given my procrastinating ways, that spells disaster for returning a loaned book on time. Add to that the reputation the libraries here have and well...I admit it, I just don't know if I see myself going to one here. Not to mention my insane desire to own a book. Hmmm...I admit it, I need to get over that. ;)

I admit it, I wonder if it might be browser related. Arpig is stating the same thing - his profile is unhidden, but no one can see his profile. Perhaps emptying out the cache is in order?

Edited for clarity.
