I admit I get best results when I warm up with a bit of cardio or stretching to get that blood flowing, also helps prevent injury. I admit shoulders back, butt kind of sticking out and knees slightly bent for most workouts, posture, posture, posture. I admit youtube helps but try not to be shy and ask the boys to help you out if they are between sets. I admit best of luck!
