I admit that I am tired and suffering from a nice case of insomnia. At least I can work on some crocheting.

I admit that Friday was my b'day. Mom was going to make me a cake but she grabbed the wrong box so we had brownies instead. The kiddos loved them.

I admit that I need a massage and back popping. Part of getting old.

I admit that Mom finally figured out why some of my fingers pop all the time. Arthritis has crept into them and it hurts if I don't pop them.

I admit that Sunkist (neighbor's cat) had 5 babies. I am tempted to get a net and catch them so we can take them to the vet and start getting shots and vet care because I know one kitten has a problem with one eye. Mom is cussing me out for feeding them.

I admit I dropped now almost 6kg since friday (doing C9 Programm from F.I.T. followed up by twice the 30 day plan) and am over the moon...

I admit when I did the C9 Programm the first time I lost 5.1kg....but this time I am much more chilled about following this Programme...

I admit I am also thrilled that I am starting to extend my crossfit to three times a week next week....mondays in the Group and tuesdays and thursdays with the same Coach via personal Training...

I admit his personality and his training rocks big time...

I admit I dropped now 26kg since last year and am not afraid of attacking the final 25kg

I admit that I have finally accepted my body and my size. I am comfortable where I am. Would I like to be thinner? You bet. Am I willing to become a rabbit to so do? Not on your life.

I admit that I am a really proud mom this weekend.

I admit on Thursday night my son was presented with a Mayor's Recognition Award, along with the rest of his high school band.

I admit that these awards honor those who have achieved recognition on the national and international stage. His band took 2nd place in the New York City Music Festival last April (2014). As we live in Canada, this makes it international.

I admit that among the athletic awards, many were for swimmers and power lifters for Special Olympics.

I admit my dads dad passed this morning from a heart attack.
I admit he was 91 and with 3 triple bypasses already done there really wasn't anything to be done about it.
I admit he knew he was going to go soon, and we were all really fortunate to have him well enough to enjoy everything until the very end.
I admit we all feel pretty lost and sad, this being Father's Day and all.
I admit my dad is basically devastated, any good thoughts or prayers would be appreciated.

I admit it is the third rather wet summer in a row now and I hope it finally finds an end...

I admit, though, after Crossfit I was dead yesterday...half of my way home from it I struggled to stay awake (it takes me 90 minutes to get home) and at 8pm we went to bed cause Frank was tired from work and I was tired from sport as my thighs and upper arms were killing me after that session

I admit I was hoping to see finally some improvement again on the scale but nope...currently it stays stuck again

I admit I know that this is normal at times but its nevertheless frustrating...

I admit on top of it we received an invitation to the golden wedding from my brothers godfather for middle of august...

I admit this is an invitation I can't ignore as they are an awesome couple...

I admit this means, from week after next week I will workout four times a week with Chris...there has a lot of work to.be done until then

I admit I have been training my dog to run alongside my bike.
I admit he's been doing really great and learning the commands quickly .
I admit today we had a mishap. Dog stopped. Bike stopped. I didn't.
I admit I flew, bounced and skid all seemingly in slo-mo. Very exciting.
I admit I'm telling my kids mom is an Extreme Biker.
I admit they seem to think this is funny.

I admit I think I will have all of my sons attending the 4th of July camping trip I have been planning!!!
I admit I'm crossing my fingers. It is so hard to get them all together at the same time and this may be the last chance to do so for a very long time.
