I admit that tonight - after multiple attempts to point out to a friend that his presidential candidate choice was making him look like he was a racist/bigoted/anti-EVERYTHING twat - I've had to unfriend him. I respect political differences, but when the ideology that he (my friend) is clinging to denies the existence of inequality based on race/gender/sexual orientation, I simply can't countenance it any longer.

This makes me sad. Not only for his blindness in the matter, but for the closing of a 20+ yr friendship.

I admit the same happened with a previous colleague who compared chosing my grandpas name -in case of getting a son- would be comparable with the name Adolf...which isnt...of course Ludwig would be an old name but heck, whose choice would it have been? Surely not hers...

I admit, though, on the same note I was told to be careful with exercising as I got a placenta praevia totalis, which means the placenta is in the way for a natural birth and unless it still pulls up sideways (which is unlikely) she'll be born via ceserean 3-4 weeks earlier, so beginning or middle of december...instead of 7th of January...beside that she seems to be healthy and keeps kicking my organs around...

I admit therefore my Coach and I stopped Crossfit immediately and on tuesday i will meet him the last time for PT until February/March next year...oh I miss Crossfit and Coach already big time😔😔😔

I admit, though, as you can bleed to death with that condition it is safer to do so and because of that we also cancelled our Honeymoon to Italy and will go to the east coast in Germany instead...so far thankfully everything goes fine (saturday next week we will enter the 7th month of pregnancy) so I am optimistic we continue to stay fine for quite a while, but still safer not to push our luck with going abroad when it is safer to stay at home...
